My thing is that every companies measurements are so different. Some pants I get in a 32 look long as hell, sometimes they’re just right, and sometimes short
Those are sizes not measurements, measurments are either in Inches or cm and are the key to online clothes shopping

I think slim pants with a much wider top can work great, BUT you need to tuck it in, and make sure your pants are very high-waisted. You kinda need a high waist pant for tucking in general if you wanna look good IMO but ESPECIALLY if you have a baggy top. Think Howl from Howl's moving castle, and that's the fit I just described to you.
