I've had the same pair of ultraboosts for probably 5 years. They look kinda shitty now, the tread is non-existent, and I only ever wear them to the gym or when I need to do something physical and/or don't have a fit put together. Still, they are far and away the most comfortable shoe I've worn in my entire life. They're the pajamas of shoes.

I'm still wearing boosts I bought in 2017. They are super brown. I wore them at work, I wore them on trips through Africa, I wore them hiking all pandemic, through the mud and rain and snow. They are solid brown now, just stained straight through and disgusting. I use a lighter to melt the fraying fibres. I am over 30 (almost 40!) and work in tech. I'm living the life.
