    I really appreciate this video. I need help. I have age leads and not because I bought them aged they were all brand new when I bought them. And now their leaves that I've never sold or I became scared or chickened out and I just feel like I'm in my own way. How do I get out of my own way?

      First, thanks for watching and for your comment and question.
      So the question I would ask you is this…what is the difference between the result you have now, which are leads you haven’t sold because you didn’t finish working them because you were afraid of messing them up and ruining them and actually working them thoroughly and getting real “No’s” and still having the same number of policies sold or unsold?
      The net result might be the same, but by not working them you actually produced the same result that you feared.
      There is one big difference however, and that is you learned nothing by not working them. You’re neglecting to value the most important part of success and that is difficult process of the learning curve. The only way to get to success is to go through challenges, new situations and rejections and put yourself in situations to learn “how to learn”, get feedback and figure it out.
      By not taking action and moving through the lead opportunities as fast as you can you are reinforcing to yourself that you don’t follow through and that you are incapable of learning how to get good at this. Do not reinforce this lie. You can get good at this. But you have to stop being afraid of the failure. It’s the one thing that if you are willing to push though and not quit you will find success.
      Most people will accept their own excuses because it feels easier to pull back than to push through.
      Take action. Fail fast. Learn more quickly. Keep moving and success will come.
