Love how the chair turned out! A tip for staining wood so it doesn’t come out blotchy is to use a wood conditioner prior to using the stain! Trust me makes a HUGE difference!!

Loved this video. If you haven't thrown out the old chairs, you should try a DIY where you refinish the seats using some sort of weaving technique. Could be cute.
Amazing job!! Add some color... all white, black, brown... tad bit drab... add some dark wine color for a more boho look. Maybe a colorful rug to tie the space/chairs together adding some color and hiding the cement.

Love the chairs! I will make them. Actually no, my husband will make them. He loves projects like this. With no carpentry training he made a bathroom vanity for our little pink 1950s back bathroom. Looks like a million bucks. He also made a beautiful and useful rolling storage crate that we use for toilet paper, paper tools etc. Then because raccoons ate all our tomatoes he made a "cage" for them which actually looks chic and modern rustic. So on to the chairs. I know he will love making them and I will love sitting in them.😀

A bougainvillea would look so perfect on that wall. They grow great on trellis and bloom in beautiful flowers
