How to prepare fried mushrooms without breadcrumbs and eggs
Fried mushrooms with dipping sauce
In this video, I am going to teach how to prepare fried mushrooms and dip sauce.
In this particular method, I did not use breadcrumbs and eggs and seasoned the mushrooms with wheat flour and some spices.
Before frying, put the mushrooms in water and ice, and after ten minutes, roll the mushrooms in flour and spices.
ingredients:
Mushrooms 250 grams
3 cups of flour
Thyme 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Pepper 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Ingredients needed for dipping sauce
flour 1 tablespoon
Butter 20 grams
Thyme 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Pepper 1 teaspoon
1 cup of milk
2 slices of cheddar cheese
