@@Sir...... pretty sure he allows them to exist because during the Spotify deal they kept people coming back because clips are what peak peoples interest to look at a full podcast on spotify. Plus most of the them if you look in the description, they are promoting his supplement brands that he owns like onnit and that stuff. So it honestly helps because any ad revenue goes straight to him as well. He basically has a thousand people running jre clips. just do a little math and you'll start to understand why there is so many and why Joe Rogan hasn't struck them down.

Most Americans retiring in Mexico do so because of the cost of health care. I live in Mexico and feel the health care and medicine are excellent here. Mexican pharmacies are driven by generic medicines. The doctors are well-trained and affordable. The towns full of health facilities exist because Americans can get quality health care at a fraction of US cost. I went to the dentist last for a general check up and cleaning and paid US $ 50.
Because people suing doctors have driven insurance costs 4 american doctors through the roof. Most everything in America is outrageous in price. I stay in Philippines for 6 months a year. I still own a paid 4 house in America which I will sell in a few years.
Quality?? I wouldn’t trust them to fix a fender on my car. They just end up using duct tape and Bondo to cover it up. I wouldn’t even buy an aspirin from anywhere close to Mexico.
Where are you that the doctors in Mexico are well trained? I can't speak for all doctors but my wife is in dentistry and she has told me the horrors of what she has seen from Mexican dentists. I find it hard to believe that medical care is so good yet something like dentistry is significantly substandard with outdated techniques and materials being used there. My wife is also a clinical instructor at a dental school. It's fairly common for foreign dentists from all over the world to comer to America and fail at becoming dentists. They frequently can't meet the standards here in America.
You know nothing about Mexico. I wouldn't trust the doctors close to the border that cater to Americans but in the interior of the country there are well trained doctors.@@OttoTheWeim
I am in Los Mochis and my dentist is of Japanese decent and trained in the US. He has worked on my teeth for almost 25 years now. The dentist that does the root canals is of high quality as is the oral surgeon that pulled one of my teeth. The doctors and dentists that work for the public health care system are the worst and to be stayed away from.@@paulieprinceton4550

I would imagine the guests would be kind of upset about it, it makes it seem like he's not fully invested in the conversation or winging the questions he's asking. The only reason they let him get away with it and don't call him out is because of the size of his audience.

They are all legal. Most of them are franchises or large chains with miles of locations throughout the country. What she says about cloned medicines is a complete lie, there is no economic incentive for the cartels to clone medicines, the easiest and most economical thing for them would be to steal from the hundreds of laboratories that exist here in Mexico. She gives the example of a guy who manufactures 20,000 calcium-based amoxicillin pills, while calcium pills are more expensive than amoxicillin pills 🤦♂️.

yes this is true but not in the numbers described by her or LA times. Cartel primarily focuses on the following medication categories anabolic Steroids, peptides, ADHD medication, Pain medication, Anxiety medication.

ALL medications I've tried for many years in MX, have done the job better than US meds. That's weird isn't? MAYBE the meds they sell here are in fact the cartel ones 😮
Pharmacies and wholesalers are required to track and trace. So from the manufacturer all the way to the point of retail has to log the drugs with lots and expirations. So each wholesaler needs to track who they sell it to or who they are buying from each time, this prevents "fake" drugs from coming into our markets.

I went to India and got sick. There was a legitimate pharmacy next door to the hospital. Even the hospital said to not buy the drugs as you don't know if the drugs are legitimate or not. The fakes are perfect with all the security features.

The thing is a very low dose of meth will feel very much like adderall. Adderall is closer to speed (regular white amphetamine) but can be emulated with meth by adjusting the dose according to the difference in affinity.
Do you know this from personal experience because this is dangerous to say openly otherwise I understand the structure is similar minus one from addy to meth but it is not the same the way it is metabolized and feeling

To be honest, she have a legit point but is commiting a serious underestimation: Black Market is far more profitable than the reports tell, and it's even used by the regular market in a common and unreported basis because, literally, it's efficiency compared to the standard ones. Of course, that does not justify any of it because the very roots of it's existance are the corruption and bureaucracy of the legal systems, but is far more organized than what outsiders may think

Well, born and raised in Mexico and in 28 years I've never had anyissue with medicines at all. When you are a worker and are afiliated to the Mexican Social Security Institute, any injuries or illnesses related to work are fully backed up by the institute and nor you or your employer will ever see a bill.
Costs are legal fees. You can thank the lawmakers, a majority are lawyers, protecting the pharmaceutical companies and the ambulance chasers. Double pay.

There is truth to it, just look at the stats of how many people have died in the past 5 years because fentanyl overdoses. Some of those people weren't even drug addicts but rather people who thought they were consuming normal medication but were actually consuming fentanyl disguised as normal medication
We pay more because other countries have price controls on pharmaceuticals, and they don’t allow the companies which put all the R&D into development to charge a profitable price. Therefore, US citizens foot the bill. It would be one time where I think the government should get involved, and Force other countries to pay for these bills or reduce the legal burdens of coming up with new drugs in the US. Most people want to completely blame the pharmaceutical industry but the average drug coming to market is roughly $800 million. It’s much more complex than just blaming the “greedy“ pharmaceutical company.we should go back to just requiring FDA trials for safety and let the physicians determine if there’s efficacy. Reform the medical legal system and disperse the cost of inventing these medication’s to the entire world, and then our prices in the United States will come down.

What happens is that most of these people cross the border by land and buy those medicines right where they sell counterfeit medicine. But if they took the time to go a little further, they would find legitimate pharmacies with permits and genuine medication. If they are going to make the trip to buy real medications, they should research thoroughly, including which pharmacies are real by looking for their websites, etc. "They want everything easy, like my friend said they are cheaper, that's all."

"7 or 8 out 10 have fentanyl" in Mexico but no known cases of legal pharmacies here in the US. Call me a conspiracy theorist but those numbers don't add up looking at all the overdose cases here to the ones happening in Mexico.
