@@LeahStorm.... New England is nice especially Maine, Massachusetts & New Hampshire...the change of seasons is spectacular & weather, except for winters, are exceptionally beautiful around here... especially September & October! The hills of Maine & New Hampshire explode with colors!

Did I hear you say xylitol sweetener? If so does it affect your insulin levels? What brand? I ask because I’ve tried allulose and others and the taste is never good enough. Thanks!
it was instant nescafe nespresso which is the nicest instant coffee i know, if using real coffee, I suggest using as little water as possible so that the recipe isn't changed so much

Did you try Stevia?
@@lydiaveldhuizen3157 a Erythritol stevia blend (like sweet as sugar from good good) is a better choice. pure stevia is incredibly sweet.

I wish I understood the science of sweeteners better, I'm basically trusting the recipes that I find. I have lost weight though and have kept it off.
