RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
2 zucchini.
Cut the zucchini into slices
Salt. Black pepper.
Grate the zucchini well.
Leave on for 15-20 minutes.
Olive oil.
1 onion.
3 cloves of garlic.
4-6 mushrooms.
1 pepper.
2 tomatoes.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Sugar 1 tablespoon.
1 pinch of parsley and dill.
The filling is ready!
Butter.
Apply zucchini slices.
Fry covered over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Turn over and cook covered over low heat for 2 minutes.
Place zucchini on the baking tray.
Add the filling.
Cheese.
Add 1 slice of zucchini on top.
Do the same again.
Bake for 15 minutes at 356°F/180°C.
This is a very tasty dish!
