    Wow, my friend you are the bomb. I have made these before, my husband and I love zucchini fritters. Your recipes are all about simplicity
    and your videos are easy to follow and must add Alberto you have a soothing voice. I was so inspired, I almost turned this into a vegetable
    patty adding potatoes, onions, carrots and fresh garlic. They were delicious. Your recipe for the garlic aioli was on point. I shared your site with my sister, and she immediately became a subscriber like me. She loves making these. Thank you so much.

    This is pretty close to the way I make potato pancakes, with zucchini instead. Maybe this is the recipe that converts me to a zucchini lover!

    This is almost exactly the way my mom taught me to make zucchini fritters. She taught me to fry them in just a small amount of oil and butter. Either way is a good way to cook it. Great recipe, thanks for sharing.

    Am just making and eating it - out of this world delicious! I have extra Romano zucchini in the garden and made it with 2/3rds plain flour and 1/3rd oats. The alioli I used 1/2 mayonnaise and 1/2 Greek joghurt. The smoked paprika is fantastic. Love it! One hs to be careful not to eat too much - it is moreish.
    By thre way, they freeze really well!

    We make them often and, being of Eastern European descent, eat them with sour cream. The garlic mayo dip sounds interesting, will try it next time.

    These were delicious. I didn’t measure anything and used one very large zucchini.
    I modified slightly.
    Used 1/2 flour and 1/2 cornmeal flour.
    2-eggs, added season salt and fried in Avocado oil.
    For the Aioli - used garlic powder, smoked paprika with a dash of cayenne pepper.

    I'm confused! Why do take the water out of the Zucchini and then add water back in, in the form of Soda?
    Can we not leave the more natural water in and put in so Baking Soda?
