A great complete meal made with potatoes, minced meat, peppers, cheddar cheese and mozzarella, all covered with a cream sauce and eggs a real delight with simple ingredients that I'm sure will please to everybody

400 g of minced meat (beef)
Oil
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
A small red pepper
A grated carrot
20 cl of tomato coulis
Parsley
salt, pepper, paprika, thyme
1 kg 200 steamed potatoes
5 tablespoons of crème fraîche
3 eggs
Mozzarella
Cheddar
bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees traditional heat

The title is misleading. A lot more ingredients in the cooking than "Just potatoes and 3 eggs". Others have done that too. Now with the negative comment aside. Time for the good. It's a potato casserole in my mind. Cracking the egg open impressed me. The way you do it I've known about and have been doing it that way for many years. Few do it that way. It's the best way to avoid getting a piece of shell in the mix and typically doesn't break the yoke, which doesn't matter in this case. Carrots? With onions? I can't imagine that combination taste. Apparently I can't taste parsley. I have no clue why it is used in cooking. All the other ingredients I know the tastes. In the end. I would try a serving of this. Yes. Would I cook it. No. Nothing wrong with it. The recipe is family size. I'm just me. One person living alone. It's too much to make for one.

About you using the grater, for demonstration pyrposes please use the handguard. You're very well practiced, but not everyone is as skilled at not grating their own digits. I have seen what happens when a hand gets grated. It's not pretty.
I have a hand in which 1 finger is not beautiful, it happened when I was less than 1 month old in an accident, it did not come from my cooking. I still love my hands even though It's not beautiful in your eyes. I will pay more attention and limit their exposure. Thank you for your sincere feedback. Have a nice day to you 🥰
@HaChisSimpleRecipe I am not complaining about your hands, just you setting a good example. Hand guards are helpful especially for beginners who may likely try following your recipes and I know you're experienced but they aren't. I don't want someone to hurt themselves.
