2 zucchini, chopped

Cut 1 red onion into half rings

Grate 1 carrot into strips
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Chop 3 cloves of garlic
Fry for 1-2 minutes
Cut 1 red and 1 yellow pepper into strips

Poate ca era mai sănătoasă dacă ar fi pus mai puțin ulei la călit și în loc de faina ar fi folosit faina de orez iar în sos nu ar mai fi pus acea maioneza sunt multe calorii .
