Less than 400 parts per Million is CO2 in the Atmosphere. Lets break that down into usable chunks. -- 400 ppm = 40 parts per 100,000 = 4 parts per 10,000. Four Parts per 10,000, imagine a Huge Fish Tank with 9,996 White Balls in it with Only 4 Black Balls in it filling it up. So after 100 years you take 1 White Ball out and Replace it with 1 Black Ball after 100 years, are you really going to Notice a Difference?????????? This is how Ridiculous the Climate Change Industry really is, it is based on Scaremongering the population and the Media and some Politicians are Complicit in the Scaremongering.
Plus it's absurd to claim that a CO2 concentration of 0.04% could possible cause a greenhouse effect.
Just out of curiosity... you do know that you don't know WTF you're talking about, right? I mean, you can't honestly believe that your "keen insight" into these numbers has invalidated generations worth of humanity's confident research into climate by the world's PhD scientists, can you?

The "experts" told us in the 80's that there was no question that we'd soon be in a new ice age. A few years later they came in to our classrooms to tell us that acid rain was going to poison planet earth. Then they decided the earth was going to be a ball of fire soon. I can only be lied to so many times before I stop listening.
25 years ago they said New York City and New Orleans would be under water by now. The oceans haven't risen an inch. I remember back in the 1970's when they said we were heading towards an ice age. Then it was a hole in the ozone layer, then acid rain. All "scary" stuff to push an agenda!!
All of these were true, then we either got new info or fixed it. Cyclically, yes we were going into another ice age. Then our CO2 data came in and we realized how exponentially bad the blanket of heat trapping molecules was. Lead, mercury and acid in rain used to be a very real problem until we passed a ton of environmental laws to clamp down on emissions. Every global heat record continues to be broken every year, even if it might get slightly colder in some places.
