@Mark-op7zt That's not the issue. Why would someone spend 50 million on a spec home thats far from perfect when they can spend 50 million building the perfect spec home for themselves.
@@VadeemZ Because it is in a prime location and already built. It would take years to design and build a home of that scale on limited land. How many ski in/out lots are there in Park City? Also, I don't know if I would go as far as to say it's far from perfect. If I was ultra wealthy looking for a home in Park City I think I could make this home work. Its an incredible home with very few things I would change. This would most likely not be the buyer's primary home anyway.
I’m wondering why they haven’t dropped the price because this one was shown by Enis as well they’re stuck at that price I like some of the property and some things in it but nobody likes everything there’s just too much of it
Another amazing video Gav! You did such a great job at providing details that I think most people don't notice, your descriptions makes the tour feel super immersive. Beautiful house, amazing shots, great tour!!
I'm very impressed. Your tour was extraordinary! Sure, I've seen the Enes tour, yet, I appreciate your specific and unique detailed immersion back into this very beautiful home. Thank you! The camera work and shots were also extraordinary as well! I appreciate all of the design features throughout this home and the fact that it's located in such a special place! I believe that it would definitely be a very decent investment and perfect for the right person at that asking price. I'm honestly somewhat surprised that it's still on the market. There are SO many spec homes in places like the Los Angeles area that this home clearly stands out and truly offers something totally different. It even reminds me of one of the Nobel homes as far as attention to detail and the textures, materials, and use of space. Each area in the home is significant and yet, feels warm and cozy. That's such a challenge with a structure of this size and they pulled it off. Again, kudos to your tour as you offered a very special energy and perspective. Thanks!
Arvin Haddad also commented on this one (on Enes' video of it). The issue with the erosion of the area cand be a significant problem for the house itself, as seen in needing that ramp.
The previous record holder for the most expensive home in Utah was Russell Weiner, the founder of Rockstar Energy Drink. In 2022, Weiner purchased a home in Park City called “Monitor's Rest” for $39.6 million. Weiner later put the home back on the market for $50 million.
Great tour. Just a few tips. "Hearth" is pronounced like "heart". "Wasatch" is pronounced like "wa" in "water" plus "atch" in "batch". Also, the mirrors are "infinity". Amazing house! I know you could have picked up that spare.
So the question on everyone's mind: at $47 million, what is the typcial profession, salary, and net wealth of the people who are able to afford this home?
This big house has a tiny gym... I honestly would make the gym as big as it is now, plus the basketball court... it's a huge house, but hey, the gym has average equipment, honestly (this doesn't include the sauna or bathroom because that was in a semi separate space, just talking about the equipment itself). But hey, at least they have a gym..
I asked the same question in regards to the security of the home. Anyone can just swim under the glass wall of the pool and then have free roam of the home if they don't mind leaving a water trail all over the place. :)) With owners of this wealth, they have to constantly think about security of their family and this issue seems to be a big hole in the security of the home.
47 million for a place in Utah!? Even if it is Park City its way overpriced. I saw a Blue Herron designed home in Las Vegas for 25 million, and that was way more impressive.
Interesting cause Enes reviewed this property two years ago, and it was listed for 42 million. Now they are asking for 47M....so relax dude the pricing is perfect if the property is apreciating.
This house was bought by Russell Weiner in 2022 where he paid a record $39.6 million. Now he’s looking to flip it for a quick 20% return. Good luck finding a rich sucker.
@Gavren So $120,000 for a couch. Just say that aloud and think about that for a minute. The median US income today is half of that. So the typical American would have to work 2 years to buy that couch. It's lavish and exorbitant wealth to the point of absurdity. Stupid expensive for a couch. 10 years ago that same price would buy you an entire house in many American cities.
If you had bought about 500 bitcoins in 2014. They were available at a price of 550$ per Bitcoin, you could afford the house today. To put this into perspective, the total purchase price for the 500 Bitcoins was around $275,000. Today worth approx. 48 million. Converted to the purchase price of the house, this is roughly equivalent to a discount of 99.43%.
I actually really liked it. When you’re here in person it lives different. Plus think about the separation from the onyx water feature over into the primary wing, it creates a sound dampening effect from the action in the kitchen and so on. I quite liked the horseshoe design of this home, it’s what makes it different from every other rectangular or square shaped home in the world
Its just too remote and not practical at this price point. I would value it at 30-35 mil. Everything above that is just madness. No matter how much money u got.
Why the fake background in the thumbnails? And why did you add a picture at time 0:00 in the video that is of a mountain nowhere near the property? It’s BS.
Like someone else pointed put, the fake thumbnail is making me lose respect for this channel. I can get over the overusage of the word "actually", but at least be real.
Enes did a review of this house 2 years ago - it was selling for 42M. Now it's on the market for 47M. Apparently a very nice house :D
The price is going up and down all the time.
Yes, very cozy house. ☺🥰
Its listed for 35 million.

Enes is a racist Turk. Dont watch his videos.
They've been trying to off this home for year's but truth be told, it lacks functionality and is incredibly over priced.
It's probably more likely that there is a very limited market that can afford to purchase and maintain a spec home like this.
@Mark-op7zt That's not the issue. Why would someone spend 50 million on a spec home thats far from perfect when they can spend 50 million building the perfect spec home for themselves.

Billionaires almost exclusively
Big companies, Hotel owners, multi-billionaires, the upper 3% of population which is owning the equivalent amount the rest of the population has.
Post Malone, Barbara Corcoran, Justin Bieber, Joe Rogan really any of the celebrities that vacation/live in Utah
Enes toured this place a couple years ago.
Oh, it is the cat furniture house.... LOL
In another episode , he said it was sold!
It did sell to a flipper who has failed to flip it. I used to like the house but it has too many flaws to make it worth this price point.
