A home like this by the lake would be cool. Back yard having the lake or a cabin in the woods style feel, with the end of the woods being the home and a lake. Then in front of the property being mountain and ski views
This would be the best Lake Tahoe house ever and would probably go by $100M+ there. Lakefront with that great Tahoe weather that you can enjoy in the summer with water sports and then come back in December for Christmas and enjoy skiing
Minimalistic sure, but it’s much easier to imagine with a blank canvas versus the other way around. I think a big goal for showings is letting the buyer become the designer momentarily so they can imagine themselves in the home and what they might do to it
i think maybe they were going for a minimalist look, but executed it poorly. im noticing the lack of area rugs, which is essential to add some texture and dimension to a home. its a charming home, they just need to hire interior designers that would know what to do with the space
Was the dog run heated as well? I would be worried that the dog pee would smell awful being warmed up. Also wondered if the turf had any type of extra cleaning that they had incorporated since it would be used for animals? I feel like people forget these things about fake grass.
The heating costs for all of those outdoor features is easily $10K/month. I live nearby and my short driveway is heated and its costing me maybe $500/m.
i went on a ski vacation in Park City. the skiing was great. but the town was ass. the bars made you join some kind of "club" if you wanted to drink. is that still a thing?
@@gatorbait7790 damn. well that makes me old as shit, but glad the new generation doesn't have to deal with that. at my age after a day of skiing the only place I'm going is a hot tub.
So many things wrong. Was that rented staging furniture etc. inside. Simply awful and badly arranged to use the space. The acoustics were horrible, echoes everywhere except as you pointed out, in the home theater. Makes the whole house unlivable. $32M? You must be joking. Truly a white elephant. Maybe an Arab will fall for that obscene price, but I don’t know how much skiing they do😅.
I'm sorry, but this home is the ugliest, overpriced , most cheapest looking house I've seen in utah! The builder needs to look at the 2024 parade of homes and whomever designed those homes because those are I wouldn't buy this home for 500k It looks cheap. Every detail looks absolutely cheap. I hope you read the comments and understand what we're trying to say
I sent in a nice home but my comment was deleted, maybe bc it was a link. Google this and please consider touring that, its newly listed and has its own hangar and runway: misión veintidós zillow
Wow! I really love the kids rooms and the movie room. The wallpaper is gorgeous. BTW I like irregular shaped rooms.
Appreciate that! The irregular shaped rooms make you live different which is unique in itself. Thanks for checking it out!
The editing and everything is amazing, good job !
Thanks man! Appreciate it!
i like the random irregular shapes of the house somehow. love that they bring stones inside as well. and the oak makes the house look really warm
Agree! Definitely a family retreat

One day we'll tour something like this!

@@Gavren Charlotte and Raleigh may have some hidden treasures
they can dig a lake out if they want...
Why does the kitchen looks like a cafeteria? Colors are a little bland, furniture are very basic, as if they were picked for an AirBnB

It's Utah. Their...style is...um... pretty conservative.

It’s Utah…THE Mecca of beige moms 😂
@ thats so true why did i not think about that😭
cant get past the wood stack next to the gas fireplace @3:50
Beautiful home!
Definitely is!
Gavren!! Please go to Tahoe!!!
This house is amazing!

Glad you liked it!

If you can afford to buy this house, I don't think you'll be worried about the utilities
i went on a ski vacation in Park City. the skiing was great. but the town was ass. the bars made you join some kind of "club" if you wanted to drink. is that still a thing?
We didn’t run into any clubs while we were in town. We mainly checked out things that were still open since we were filming late
No the club thing has been gone for close to two decades now.

a Gorgeous house
Agreed it is
Most cheaply built expensive home I think I've ever seen.
So the wood logs by all the fireplaces are purely decorative?
Yes
Please do not fall for the scam ads shown between videos. Thank you.
😂😂😂 ok
mountain cribs go crazy 💯
if you need sum work off yo plate wit editin yo vids lets work 💯
Imagine living in a house that you need heated floors every square inch! That tells me hell no! Give me outside temperatures of 90 please! No snow!
I wish you could get tours of the John Lautner homes.
Goldstein house would be epic
ofc, this is utah
Why is kitchen so small if cooking for many ppl? This home and its location are stunning.
Where’s the full vid?
For $65 million! Lol 😂
I would take that amount and buy 100 acres of land and still have enough left over for a super mansion
i would love to live here but.... i know damn well i aint ever gonna be able to buy this
Stunning home, you never know!
Should’ve went to grave digging mountain
Why keep saying how warm everything is, we can see that it looks cold. White oak always does.
What does these people do for a living
Always wanted to do something like this. One day I will do something with the housing market. Great video amazing detailed descriptions keep winning🤌🏻
Appreciate it! You will!
I hate the irregular wall angles.
You’re entitled to that but once you’re here in person it lives different which makes it a unique experience if this is one of your 3rd or 4th homes
Welp just my luck it's sold 😅 😢
Yes it is haha
Show a $500k house :)
NBA YOUNGBOY HOUSE NEAR BY?
We have different definitions of “beautiful homes”. lol.
Where Avin haddad
I was imagining what he’d be saying as I watched this.. l
🤣
You can just tell all the doors are hollow. Soo boring and cheap
32 mil for basic finishing and interior. No thanks. There's better value for money elsewhere.
Park city was way better before the stinking rich people came and ruined it.
Can you ask Paul if he will do 450k? Thats my best offer. 😂
Might work for the earnest money haha
I'm usually very impressed with Park City homes. The all oak interior kitchen and living room looks dated to me and very dull.
32 million is theft. hope it goes for 8
Sooooo?
Anyone in 2081?
Bros in the future
If they are watching we wanna let them know that we wish them all the best 👏

We’re doing that one soon actually!
No sauna?? What??
Sauna would be amazing, I’d definitely put one in
