Really important to communicate the subfloor engineering of the property in an environment and price point of this home Gavren. Great work on that man, and such a serene vibe with ocean views and sounds - Sweet!
$35M dollar for a California stucco wall too. Sidewalk is just few feet away from your front door. Walk into the super small living and there is no WOW factor. Don't worth the money.
Very much possible. A mini tsunami and the suana room will be in the ocean. But nothing to worry as anybody in there will have Zebra wood to hang on to. In fact it might just double down as a raft😂
I get how it’s presented as a blank canvas, but I definitely do think it would have been better getting an interior decorator to come in and display the home a bit better- so people can see potential in it.
-The original home had a lot of style and originality this house looks just like all the other houses next to it. I know which house it is just because it's next to the public stairs. -Does the elevator go all the way to the street level, garage area? Otherwise how can you get grandma to see you? -You can also go to the beach using your own private stairs instead of using the public ones. -For 35M I wouldn't want to be next to the public beach access stairs where all the riff raff goes down to the beach even in a gated community. -The theater screen should have been curved like the Cinerama Dome to go with theme of the theater. -I was waiting to see the mini pool or Jacuzzi outside but it was just skipped over.
Grandma can access all four levels 👍 This particular home does not have direct stairs to the beach. A convex curved projector screen would be cool, tech inside the projector would have to be state of the art. And you’re right we did skim that part as we only had 1 day to shoot. Future videos are going to only improve. Thanks for watching!
35 million, they're out of their damn minds and even if i had it i wouldn't pay ANYWHERE even close to that by a long shot. It's not even that nice and you've neighbors with that price tag, SHIT!!!!!!!😂😂😂😂😂 I came to realize a VERY long time ago that most people don't know how to price pretty much anything and everyone asks way too much for literally everything and they definitely ask way more than it's even worth, why do you think there are so MANY places that are sitting empty and deteriorating? Even people that have that kind of money for all these places know it's just way too much just like all these new trucks from the dealerships are $30,000 way over what they're worth and people know this that's why they're sitting there as well and they're gonna continue to sit there. People have lost their minds bro!😂😂😂😂😂
No driveway (5 feet from a road), horrible security (you can hop over the gate), dank/dark staircase for the entryway (you're supposed to be wowed) and the first thing you see when you walk in the door is an elevator. $35 million is supposed to be ultra luxury. This is not.
Very expensive location it is. I couldn’t afford but I wouldn’t afford it if I could. Of course the whole design is nicely done but too humble and boring to my taste. All these zen-like muted colors and straight features. Most of the rooms leave some quite cramped impressions even though the walls are all white. So the space must be limited. And this huge infinity pool… thank god there is the sea upfront. But swiming in privacy is impossible.
This house is the epitome of boredom-overpriced and utterly lifeless. It exudes no character, no vibrancy, and no personality. Walking through it is like stepping into a sleep-inducing void; it truly embodies the definition of "meh."
@@Gavren No offence to you, but the house you mentioned is much much better than this house. The house has ground pool, ground spa, better layout, better privacy, more luxury, spacious lot, bigger floor and better view for sunset.
35 million for the entrance to look like that is crazy
View of the ocean tho
This one being more expensive than the big sur one is crazy.
Beautiful craftsmanship! Not easily seen with the minimalist architecture, but it's phenomenal! Looks so relaxing!!
It really is! Thanks for checking it out
Wonderful job telling the story and giving a detailed tour! Come back anytime to CA, Gavren!
Thank you for having us!
GREAT TOUR. I LOVE YOUR DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS!!

Thanks for that! Trying to get more across in every video
$35,000,000 to live 8 feet from your neighbor? If i paid $35 million for a house, i wouldn’t want a neighbor in the same ZIP CODE 😂
thats california for you lmao
$35M dollar for a California stucco wall too. Sidewalk is just few feet away from your front door. Walk into the super small living and there is no WOW factor. Don't worth the money.
It’s about the plot being right on the ocean as well as fantastic neighborhood.
Dude...this is Laguna Beach, not North Dakota! 😁😁😁
Same
I’d want a lot more for 35 million!!
yeah you’re definitely paying for the “beachfront” location
Beachfront different
$2m for the house, $33m for the zip code.
Looks like gta5 house
Perfect way to explain California
So what? My dump is worth 1.2 .million, 800K is land, housing is highly over rated compared to location, real estate 101.
like legitimately
@@Konstantinosohanzeebreeze.Rhum i wonder what city Los Santos is based on….

This is the best video ever surely!!!
more to come!
Watching from Africa as always bro! Thx
Very well presented, I don’t have any money but love these videos that can let me dream………..one day
Hey thanks for checking it out! I’m dreaming too lol
one big wave...

I don't understand why this UA-camr doesn't have 10mil subs.
Yeah same 👀
Bro just walked all over outside and in the planter and then all over the rug inside with those grotty looking Vans. Classy.
There Margiela

I figured it would be a home in the OC 🍊… either Laguna or Newport 🌊
well, this aged better than the other two videos I watched, those are in Palisades 😂
Beautiful
what a soulless atrocity. Why would anyone choose to live in a place like this for 35 million?
Something for everyone right, what’s your ideal setup?
This man must have got a 1st in his ‘how to justify the price tag of properties’ degree.
Nice house so Where's Mikey?
Not the Mikey comments on my page 💀
Please stay in LA. Tour more houses and post 😅every week
Definitely way more homes in Cali, I’ve got another one coming soon that’s super special
@@Gavren please do!! I will be waiting for that.
Its gorgeous but I just cant wrap my head around $35m and no pool despite being right there on the ocean.
Ocean is your pool
The Gate Looks Like franklins house

I swear I drove past this house in GTA
Probably 😂
10 mill for a house...? Maybe
if I have an orchid of money trees.
At least it has a nice view for a few more years
$35 million when neighbors live 10 meters away is insane to me
lol😄
🤔... NYC
There are $100mn houses where neighbors live as close. It's a big city property not a ranch in the midwest.
This house is so basic and cold. Def not a home.
did this got burnt ?
9:03 horrible placement of the commode
I'd rather have the Big Sur house and put $11 million into my wine collection!

Can’t wait for Arvin to roast this house. 😅
I feel cheated. I clicked on this video after watching the short. In the short, there was a tall pretty woman.

Tell the owner of this place I will pay $500k for this property…take it or leave it
I will buy it for 5 millions or less, the area is cheap and the location is not that good.
$35 million and you only get 3 car parking..
It’s 1 of 3 I believe in the neighborhood to even have a three stall

Imagine being a bachelor that can afford this and pulling random hotties that use the public entrance right next to your patio 😎
That sounds exactly like what your god Orangina would say.
That house is overpriced by about 10 times.
House 2 doors down just closed for $26M. So it’ll probably go in the neighborhood
