Sorry Simon....diced it should be 😜 We have not long moved to the Pilbara and Carawine/Running Waters are just amazing, glad your enjoying it ❤ Can't wait to see more 🙂
Also, I believe that when turning a caravan in that soft stuff the caravan tyres are somewhat pulling sideways which would add to the drag. Diced tomatoes for sure! Thanks for the great episode!
Diced for Tacos! Simon-style slices are for salads. Thanks for sharing your travels with us. I'm from the Pacific Northwest in the US and am thoroughly enjoying seeing Australia with you guys. Also, whether it's a real word or not, I can't say, but "Pinch Hole" is a banger of a descriptive term. Made sense to me!
I backed you Simon a few weeks back with your nervousness when Liz was driving the 76 and I likened it to my own feelings handing over the keys to my 76 to my wife but love Liz's description of a dip when towing...unique but accurate!!!
Well that’s a new description Liz ‘Pinch Hole’ crossings, will remember that one! What a beautiful area the Pilbara is and that water hole is very an oasis, thanks for sharing. Have a great week, stay safe out there. Cheers
Definitely diced tomatoes...much easier to pile on. And oh wow!!! What an amazingly beautiful spot to swim. Woukd have been amazing to camp up there for a gew days.
240V outlets on battery boxes - I have the Bluetti one. I use one of the 4x240V outlet boxes with RCD protection (GPO box) (from Bunnings). I put the GPO box where I want it (stays there for the trip) and run the cord to the battery box (in my case, this is behind back seat strapped down to primarily run the fridge and importantly, keep my camera gear charged). Jug and frypan are plugged into the GPO box as needed. No need to go hunting for the outlets on the battery box AND I get RCD protection. App on phone to turn inverter on and off.
Dead right about The Pilbara. Lived there for 35 years. Now in Tasmania. My ute has been in Tasmania for 10 years and I still can't get the red dirt out of it. 😂😅😂.
So disapointed that we didn't make it there, my camper failed and rolled on Skull Springs road just 30km shy of Running Waters, its still on the list nor next season.
I've just cooked my 140amp alternator (not sure if this is a constant output rating for the alterator) It was charging the car main battery, charging the car aux battery and charging the caravan. Van battery has a redarc 50amp charger Car aux battery has a enerdrive 40amp charger Not sure how much the starter battery gets but that's sucks a lot of amps too Suggest check your alternator output and make sure it can cope with charging everything at the same time.
Doesn’t the troopy when stock also have a wider wheel track at the front than at the rear (unless you’ve spent a small fortune having the rear track corrected?). This would also compound the problem towing the wider wheel track on the van through soft sand. 3 different wheel tracks on 4 axles wouldn’t be a great combination.
Great stuff guys. Bet your glad for the PPF with that dust glue. :) Q. would you go the matt PPF finish again or gloss next time? We're having PPF done on a new Silver single cab and can't decide. Any advice?
Hi , did I hear correct you getting a new van ? WOW do vans only last 12 months these days ? Or is there a problem with the titanium van we should all know about in case some are about to order ? Great vlog .
Yeah, we've used a few Bluetti's now. We (and a number of people who watch our videos) were interested to see how the EcoFlow unit's go so we thought we'd try one out. There's not much else to it.
Definitely adding the Pilbara to our plan for next year's trip to WA.
Don't miss it! It's one of our favourite regions 👍
'Pinch hole' is definitely a word in my books Liz. Sounds like 'pinch point'. I knew exactly what you meant. If it isn't a word it should be 🙂
It might be now!
Sorry Simon....diced it should be 😜
We have not long moved to the Pilbara and Carawine/Running Waters are just amazing, glad your enjoying it ❤ Can't wait to see more 🙂
What a great backyard!
Pilbara I'll put this one on my list Thank's Guy's for sharing this information 👍
You're welcome, enjoy!
Thanks guys. Some incredible places to add to the must visit list. Liz - definitely adding "pinch hole" to the 4WD glossary!
Please do!
Also, I believe that when turning a caravan in that soft stuff the caravan tyres are somewhat pulling sideways which would add to the drag.
Diced tomatoes for sure!
Thanks for the great episode!

Tacos= diced....agreed!!!
Ah, cool. Thanks so much. Tell all your US friends about us!

😂👍 Cheers, Daz. You can't win them all 😉

It sure is! Thanks, Mark
Great video guys, good to see you are not afraid to head to some of the less visited spots.
Really appreciate your efforts.
Thanks for watching!
We are in this area atm. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful. You’ve captured it magnificently. 👍
It really is!
Simon, that entry into the water isn’t going to see you joining the Aussie diving team anytime soon 😂😂😂……love ya work !
I bet I'm more fun than them though 😉💦
Love the footage. We are planning to head up there next year
Thanks! Have fun
Wow loved it, the power unit was cool.
Cheers, Carl
The Pilbura has stunning places, I lived in Port Hedland for just under 7 years, loved it😊
It really does!
Nice episode guys. We may have to turn around and go backwards to see Running Waters. …nah, we will just do another lap.
You gotta leave something for next time!
Mexican food. Tomatoes diced and mixed with coriander. Great spot.
So good!
Yes the Pilbara is amazing and definitely under explored.
Totally!
Wow. What a beautiful place. Thanks so much for sharing these incredible places. Love following you guys. Cheers. 😊
Thank you so much 🤗
Definitely diced tomatoes...much easier to pile on.
And oh wow!!! What an amazingly beautiful spot to swim. Woukd have been amazing to camp up there for a gew days.
It's an incredible spot!
Good point about the van wheel track! Thats one of the main reasons we went for a smaller van (or is it a trailer, as its a hybrid? :)
Great point on tyre tracks following through.. makes so much sense 👍🏽
Definitely diced in Mexican food
🍅😉
Great to hear, thanks!
Diced x 2 , great spot .
S & A
Can’t wait until this is our life. 106 days and counting!🎉
Yew!
Diced Simon ! Loved carrawine gorge ! And Running waters ! And the 4wd tracks !
Cheers!
Pinch hole… pot hole, dip. Either way, no go zone. Keep up the good work.
Cheers!
Liz is right 😂 DICED for sure
Sliced I am with Simon as diced they fall out🍅
At least someone is with me!
We really enjoyed this episode. Thanks😊 (BTW, definitely diced tomatoes)🍅
Great to hear, thanks!
Everything should be diced😊
Awsome! Will definitely put this spot on our itinerary!! thanks guys. Enjoy!
Have fun!
Sorry Simon always diced.
Live the Ecoflow, one of the biggest things was how to charge them offgrid. But they seemed to have nailed it
Thanks, mate.
Definitely diced tomatoes so much easier to put into a taco great episode
Thanks!
Don’t know where Simon gets his ideas from sometimes- tomatoes are always diced in Tacos 😊.
You should see all the stuuf that doesn't make the videos!

Got to be diced! 🤣

Memory dust 😂👍
So disapointed that we didn't make it there, my camper failed and rolled on Skull Springs road just 30km shy of Running Waters, its still on the list nor next season.
Sorry to hear about your camper, but glad you're safe! It's definitely an epic drive.
Diced! Definitely diced 🍅

Yeah, you're spot on. We've had ours changed with a replacement housing as part of the coil conversion, so we've at least eliminated that 👍
Diced ❤
Do you think the cruisers offset diff lengths effect offroad performace also?
It defintely helps, especially in the soft stuff
Great stuff guys. Bet your glad for the PPF with that dust glue. :) Q. would you go the matt PPF finish again or gloss next time? We're having PPF done on a new Silver single cab and can't decide. Any advice?
It's funny, we really wanted the matte. But now we have the gloss we much prefer it. The 3M stuff we have is incredible at repelling dirt, etc.
@@TheLifestylePioneers oh I thought you had the matte, my bad. 👍
Definitely diced😂
Hi , did I hear correct you getting a new van ? WOW do vans only last 12 months these days ? Or is there a problem with the titanium van we should all know about in case some are about to order ?
Great vlog .
Yeah, we have a new one on the way early next year. Nothing wrong with this one, it's on it's way to it's new owners soon who are going to love it!
The. Thanks. you made insane ,💯
Diced tomatoes 😂
Were you not promoting Bluetti some time back when it comes to the power supplies? So why Ecoflows now? Bit confused?
Yeah, we've used a few Bluetti's now. We (and a number of people who watch our videos) were interested to see how the EcoFlow unit's go so we thought we'd try one out. There's not much else to it.
Appreciate you getting back to me. If you had to choose between both which way would you go?
@@markrando6802 It's probably a little too early to say, we haven't had the EcoFlow for long enough. They both seem good quality.
Diced. You Philistine. 😂
😂👍
I say diced and “he” says sliced😂
diced tomatoes
Sorry Simon diced tomatoes 🍅 on tacos 🌮
