Thanks for the video. Helped visualize how this bracket will actually work. Will be adding this pulley when upgrading to Harrop 2.6 on my 2uz. Awesome info as always
🤯Correct me if im wrong but looks like the only way to remove that stud for the second smooth pulley bracket is to remove the whole pulley assembly since the stud is actually a shoulder stud thats nutted as a bolt midlength that prevents it from being pulled through the pulley assembly hole since its larger than the stud hole ..what a pain to do in the car!
What is the part number for that pulley at 7:16 lol is it a 16371-50030 cuz I am literally needing that the bracket that said it came with one never actually came with one .
@@CartuneNZ yeah iv come to noticed this lol seems to be 16371-50020 50030 50040, can't seem to notice nuch difference between the sizes or specs only availability haha
Well I sent Trevor an email inquiring on his products and info to get the correct parts necessary for an Eaton M112 install and initial set up he blew me off - told me to look on the web. I was shocked as I was prepared to drop 3-4K US on his parts for my SC400. I saw from his website he was evidently moving to NZ. But still just reply that I'm super busy and I'll get back to u instead of being a dick. Made me feel like he didn't care for my business.
Maybe you missed in the video that I'm a distributor for elate which is the preferred method to purchase the product, to buy through the dealee network. Info@thecartunecompany.co.nz

I have 1995 Lexus ls400 and was looking to supercharge but don’t know will it handle it any ideas
That 1uz in your ls400 can hold a ton of boost stock, the 95 and back 1uzs have the thicker rods so you shouldn't have any issues
Thank you these videos
Glad to help. Cheers Kelvin
Had the same issue setting up my elate kit on a 3uz without power steering pump. Took a few belts to get it right.
We do.a few of the powersteer replacement pulley these days

Part number looks correct to me. The brackets don't come with the pulley when purchased new most of the time

040 is larger diameter I believe.
How you get it off? You buy it flowers 😂😂😂
Sometimes its chocolates, sometimes take it out for dinner, Haha. Cheers Kelvin
The radiator pipe looks like it's going to interfere with the belt. How do you get around it?
We move the pipe, its a common job when charging
Kelvin, do you have a video on a 3uz manual ecu conversion? Is the automatic transmission emulator needed?
This is discussed in my reflash videos as no emulator is required
@@CartuneNZ Thank you. Just didnt know if it was covered before as your library of videos is HUGE!!! haha
