@sparknazo Tuco was supposed to be kidnapped and put in Walt's crawl space where he would be tortured for a few episodes I believe and was gonna eventually be rigged up to a makeshift shotgun trap where Walt would release him and cut his bonds but if he gets up out of the chair the shotgun would blow his head off full Jigsaw style. This would result in him luring Walt Jr down there who would try to get Tuco out and then he would move killing both himself and Jr.
I have got chills as soon as I recognized it. So random, but in Breaking Bad, it worked, it worked oh so well... making you wonder until the very end of the season what is it all about? How is it related to the story? Then you abandon the idea that it has anything to do with it. But ultimately, it IS connected to it. Those scenarists... they were dope!

Hannah's pretty much on the ball. Military and police use 'sadism' and 'sardonic' behaviour to cover up the fact that they're deeply affected by the horrific shit they see in their day to day. Its a coping mechanism to ward off insanity, and believe me, you would go insane seeing this shit. First comes the PTSD, then you become jaded, and eventually, completely desensitized. If you they didn't become jaded, they'd probably go non compos mentis.
It can't be used as an excuse, though. We can't accept that abusive behavior and abuse of power is mitigated by stress, and at the same time allow rejection of treatment or training to deal with it, and stonewalling with qualified immunity. In Hill Street Blues days, I think they addressed the Sergeant's send off "Let's do it them before they do it to us" as cops doing their job before criminals do theirs. But the militarization of police forces made that distinction much less clear.

Yes Nahid, Juarez is in Mexico. It's been the murder capital of the world quite a few times in recent years. It's a lot better now than it was in 2009 when this came out though
Juarez is a city in Mexico next to El Paso, Texas. Juarez is one of most dangerous cities in the world due to the drug cartels. However, it's ironic that just a block away (across the US border) El Paso, TX is rated high in the rankings of one the safest cities in America.

i SkyWalKing Hank was the only DEA agent with the intuition to go after the real criminals (all I can without spoiling anything). Even Gomez didn't have his back.
@i SkyWalKing I think Hank is a funny dude, comical, and at some points pretty bad ass. I think that makes him a cool dude. He took on both twins, who had guns and bulletproof vests without a gun and survived. Got shot like 4 times and was nearly paralyzed and he still managed to recover quite well. He also never compromised his morals like Walt or Jesse (unless you count when he lost control and beat Jesse to a pulp), he couldn't be bought and he never begged. He's a cool guy imo. edit: he disowns Walter because of the dozens of lives he's destroyed and the people he's murdered. There's no "getting him back on the straight and narrow" haha

I've always seen _Breaking Bad_ as two trains in collision course starting literally from rest. Spoilers for Better Call Saul below. I just realized that this is pretty much the same conflict that Nacho found himself in, in season 2 of BCS. Only instead of Jesse and Walt debating on whether they should kill Tuco, it was Nacho and Mike, who came up with a different idea, which is why Jesse and Walt are in this situation "now". Mike's "half measure" from BCS ends up almost getting Jesse and Walt killed in BB.
Elias Arguello reactions are a universal language. No words needed to understand sadness or happiness in someone’s face. Thank you for watching with us it means the world to us!
Another thing about watching Walter's house, Hank went there just the other day. A dude with the fucking DA showed up in this guy's house who he doesn't fully trust. Not a good look for Walt.
Fun fact. Season 1 was shortened by the writer's strike. So the first 3 episodes of season 2 were meant to be the last three episodes of season 1.
And that saved Jesse's ass, since the writers got some time to reflect on that whole killing off Jesse thing.
That explains why the finale felt so abrupt.

Yea yall should get the other normies to do reaction videos to Ozark!
