I would like to see him eat everything at different sallats bars. I dont know what places there are in US that are mainly sallats bars. There's so many different sallats dishes and combinations. Some might even have more calories than a meal from McDonalds.

It could be a two parter: eating the menu and eating all the cheesecake.
Love this. As someone who used to work for In-N-Out I can definitely verify the benefits for employees even when you are only part-time. They also do a ton of extra things outside of that such as yearly family picnics, holiday events for the families, and sports competitions between stores. As for menu items/tricks you missed: you can get the bun with "no-toast" you can get the patties with "no-salt", you can get the fries with no-salt, you can order the burgers with mustard and ketchup instead of the sauce (or just mustard or just ketchup instead of the sauce). Also a drink you can 'make' yourself is to take a vanilla shake (its good with cholocate too) and mix some in with Dr. Pepper, it tastes almost like a cherry garcia.
If I may I suggest that in n out burgers restaurant needs udi's gluten free burger buns, and dairy free cheese slices for the protein style lettuce wrap with beef, onions, tomatoes, and pickles with ketchup to put in udi's gluten free burger buns, and dairy free cheese slices.
Niles, ima be honest not trying to be rude but innout is America's burger America is not Gluten-free....
ooh question: are the burger patties seasoned? i’ve recently moved somewhere that has In n Out & i want to try it, but i’m allergic to garlic and onion, so i can’t eat the burgers at most places, so i’m curious about in n out
@@MeganSmithers they season the patties with salt and pepper . The spread I believe has onion/garlic in it so I would order no spread or ketchup/mustard instead. You can also tell them you are allergic to onion and it will be handled with a different spatula, gloves, and wrapped on a different surface as well.
Can we get an "Eat the Menu" and "Rank King" crossover episode at Buffalo Wild Wings? Rank the sauces as Keith eats his way through the menu. Plus Eugene can be there to handle the spicier sauces that poor Keith's tongue can't do.

I just wanted to say that I’m recovering from an eating disorder and so instead of eating meals alone I watch the eat the menu videos so I’m less scared to eat. So a thank you to Keith for not only making entertaining videos but also a source of comfort for those who need a little push to be more healthy
I don’t have a disorder or anything but I still love to watch someone else eat when I’m eating alone. It’s very comforting. Also it saves me from being hungry watching the video without food to also eat with them😂.

Fun fact, In-N-Out employees also get to go to a big kind of "family picnic" which has like a ferris wheel, rides found at like carnivals, along with everything basically being free like churros, dippin dots, funnel cakes, etc. and everyone is put into a raffle where they can earn pretty cool prizes. You're only allowed to bring one adult but if you have kids you can bring them as long as they are under 18. It's also held at a horse race track, it's very cool!
Former Employee Notes:
- The buns are toasted totally separate from the meat-
- It looks like their shake machine was out of chocolate syrup, they should be brown and definitely chocolate-y
- both strawberry and chocolate are syrups added to the vanilla flavored shake mix
I think this should be pinned!! So people will know stuff from a former employee!
Also another note (also a former employee) there is a sandwich like the protein style but it’s tomatoes on the outside instead of a bun

There’s a reason they make the secret menu not so secret. Because they want you to order more of the food and get addicted to it. Once you try their burgers with the special sauce, you will definitely come back for more. Think of that episode of Spongebob where squidward tries a krabby patty and ends up in a vault eating all of the burgers and losing his limbs and ends up in an ambulance
The spread sauce comes on all the burgers no matter what burger you order
the only secret menu items i order are sliced chilis and whole grilled onion on my burgers.
My mom was a vegetarian. She would always order a grilled cheese animal style (an animal style burger w/o meet) and animal styles fries. It’s still the best thing to get during Lent on a Friday

Some lesser known secret menu items- tomato wrapped (instead of a bun or lettuce it's 2 slices of tomato, self explanatory) and whole grilled onion. Worth the try!

I support In-N-Out so heavily not just because of the food, but because of the company. They care about the communities they serve, and on every bag you'll see phone numbers for various hotlines. Suicide hotline, trafficking hotline, etc. Not to mention, they treat their employees like family.
That's why they win the burger wars for me.
They do care for us, we are called associates not employees and we get Christmas presents each year and they do a lot of things for us 🙏🏽
It’s the only real option for vegetarian stuff other than Taco Bell too! Not worth my time trying to find something that will work at other fast food places. I love in & out

I’ve been watching/rewatching this series and Keith at the end of this episode seems much better (no delirium or pain from the food) than Keith at the end of most Eat the Menus.

As a Canadian whos had in N out before but doesn't have it where I live. You guys are taking In n Out for granted. It's easily the best fast food I've ever had.
I had a relative from New Jersey who swears it’s the best burger ever.
(It’s their opinion btw, so anyone else reading this don’t see this as discrediting your favorite burger place).
I live in Australia and it's something I've always wanted to try.

I’m not that big a fan of whataburger but I feel like he didn’t do as good a job on that review. They have a lot of custom options and he didn’t do them, but did the secret menu for in n out. People were wrong to be rude though.
My friend works for IN-N-OUT in Las Vegas. Let me tell you that their insurance is crazy good. Her doctor told her she has better insurance than he does.

A lot of fast food places do the same method as in-n-out with their milkshakes. It’s a lot easier to only have one ice cream flavor (vanilla) and then change the shake flavor by adding syrups/toppings and mixing it in the cup you give the customer. Chick-fil-a does the same method with their shakes. Every shake you get has a vanilla ice cream base with something added in. There just isn’t enough room on the dessert/drinks counter to have a ton of different ice cream flavors for each shake.
Edit: I worked at cfa many years ago, so that’s why I use them as the example.

I was inspired by this video and made myself a grilled cheese with pickles using a burger bun. It was so delicious.
Ok. So my go to at In N Out.
Double-Single (Two meat, 1 cheese), whole grilled onions, mustard fried - "Yes! to pickles" (they grill mustard into the meat patty).
Fries Well Done (Everyone says it, but you HAVE to get fries well done.)
Soda = Lemon-Up (Half Lemonade/Half 7-Up)
As someone who went to college in California I can 100% confirm going to in and out drunk was a magical thing and animal style grilled cheese with grilled onions is the GOAT

This! I live in the midwest but spouse grew up in LA. Our first stop every visit is In N Out. I don't eat meat so the grilled cheese animal style is my go to every time!
I didn't think they used vegetarian cheese
1. “Wish Burger” isn’t a thing
There’s a Veggie Burger- most vegan thing u can get, doesn’t come in contact with any meat and with no spread it’s dairy free
Grilled cheese (usually 2 slices/u can get with just one) that is prepared on a grill where meat is cooked BUT you can request it to be cooked on a different grill
They are both better with onion, you can even get them animal style
2. Extra salt burgers don’t have extra salt on the meat…it actually goes on the tomato which is probably why he couldn’t taste the difference
3. You can add spread, onions, chili’s, pickles, ketchup, mustard…any mix of those on the fries for FREE (only thing they charge for is cheese)
Also just a heads up Keith if you asked them they would have marked/labeled the different burgers for you 😅
My God I miss this place. I grew up in Orange County but now work in Kentucky. I know it has been a year since the vid but my favorite was always a Double Double Animal Style with raw onions instead of grilled, fry light (I am one of those weird ones that likes the rawer potato flavor lol) and an unsweetened iced tea. My Grandmother always used to take me to the original one in Baldwin Park because it opened on the same day she was born. Two amazing things happened that day for the world!
Can we please get Keith to eat EVERYTHING from Five Guys. I have so many memories of it and it tastes so good and there is so much to customize so he can get anything.

I will say as an In-N-Out associate, the biggest thing with fries is that they vary from fry person to fry person, but even I will admit that they’re only good hot and fresh out of the fryer. Always eat your fries first!
Nobody wants to eat fries by themselves unless you only order fries though....you want the fries to hold on as long as you have burger otherwise they are useless. Plus even hot out of the fryer I cannot stand In'n'Out fries. For how "fresh" they are, they don't taste at all like potato...more like chips.

Agreed about the fries. There’s a location I frequented That was next to McDonalds and Krispy Kreme. It was drive through gluttony. Hit In-n-out drive through for the burger, circle to McDonalds drive through for the fries and coke. Then, on to the Krispy Kreme drive through for dessert (bonus if the hot light was lit). Mmmm.
That definitely sounds like drive thru gluttony at its finest and nothing wrong with that!

I legit used to do this when I still lived in California - we had a McDonalds kitty corner to In-N-Out in Petaluma and that was the classic move.
My bf does that when we go to burger King he hits up mcdonalds for the 🍟 lol

I've never seen or been to a lot of the places in this series, as I'm in Michigan, but as with a lot of the others, In and Out looks awesome! I always hear all the love my friends have for In and Out and wish I could try it one day

I dont think Shake Shack or What'a'burger should be the competitor to In and Out. It should be Five Guys! It's east vs west. Five Guys has a much more minimal menu but they NEVER miss! They might offer less variety but what they serve is so much better, they know what they're doing and they do it flawlessly. plus their fries, oh my god!
As a big fan of protein-style, there are some rules to follow:
1. No spread. Lettuce absorbs nothing, and it will mostly end up on your lap.
2. Cold cheese or no cheese. The extra grease from melted cheese will cause a critical failure of the lettuce wrap's structural integrity.
3. Mustard-grilled. Just because with no spread, you'll need the extra flavor.
Also, to be fair, a lot of the “secret menu” items were made up by customers and are not actually In-N-Out items. The gorilla burger and the roadkill fries fall under that category

The first time I tried protein style was like 14 years ago... I RARELY order non-protein style all these years later. Love it!
