I don't always leave comments but when i do, i'm telling ya THIS WORKS. I've been doing it consistently for about 3 weeks. (I suffer from ptosis which I'm very very self conscious about and it's soooo much better now thank you Peta!!)
Girls am I imagining things? i swear I looked into this mirror today and I looked different. My eyes looked awake and big and my face plumped up and toned. I didn’t expect these exercises to work! although i am new to them i already see results. I wonder why aren’t they so popular among people??? fillers and botox are much more famous while these are effective and for free?!....
yep, it does work. it worked on me why not you lol! I think they are not popular because you actually have to be consistent and work at it. Not a good combination these days Lady Kay. Keep up the good work.

Hi Lorraine I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us to, we can achieve wonderful results here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Just finished Series 6, so am starting again everything from the top. One thing I've noticed is that the two sides of my face have different strengths, so I'm focusing on evening them out as I do the exercises. Love seeing the results! Thank you Peta.

To be honest, it was given to me by the universe. I am a qualified beauty therapist, and do have intimate knowledge of the face and facial muscles, but I asked the universe what I could do to help people, and it gave me Facerobics. I can only take credit for a little of it ❤

Hello Peta Thank you for all the effort you are doing -great work 👍 I am Neha from India -an ardent fan and follower . I have been doing facial exercises for the past 8 years and successfully so . However there is a problem area . The area from the corner of the lips down to the chin ( i think its called depressor anguli oris )which remains weak and causes the lower cheek to sag and sometimes gives a droopy and tired appearance . Can you please suggest an exercise for the same . Thank you

Hi Peta, Thanks for the exercises, I followed along today because I have what looks like Ptosis with my right eyelid. I know the video title says droopy eyelids, but you don't mention Ptosis at all, so I was wondering if this exercise will really help this condition or is it just to help the skin look better? Also, most of medical people say that the only treatment for Ptosis is surgery. Thank you.
Thank you so much, Peta. As I put (, and press slightly) the fore fingers on eyebrows, even though there is no pushing up, the " existing wrinkles " on top of the sides of eye brows get much deeper. Is it possible to put the middle finger ( instead of index finger) on the eye brows, and support the top of eye brows with index finger? Or any other technique that supports the forehead ( on exactly top of the eyebrows)? Once again, thanks for the time you have allocated for each and every video.
Hi Ori, if you have lose skin there, it will bunch up while doing the exercise. they are temporary, just try following the exercise as I have shown and you will get the results.

Hi Julie, we dont change the program at all. You just need to keep following the program and put your focus to the side that has sunken while doing the exercises normally

Okay, I understand you can't change the program re:- my problem with the one side of my face, (SUNK IN A BIT) but could you advise me which exercise you do would help me more than others at all! Also, the lines on each the side of my mouth going down towards my chin. I have been doing your exercises every day for nearly 6 weeks, but no movement with those lines by my mouth, I understand this will take longer.! I was thinking of joining up, but as I am a pensioner, I am 'struggling' a bit with every day cost as it is. I'm not sure I can afford to join up, I guess if I put $10.00 away every 2 weeks I might be able to join up in 4-6 months time! Anyway, see how things go. Julie
Hi Julie, just as i said above. When you are following the exercise routines, focus on the side of your face more that needs lifting when you are doing the exercises. there is not just an exercise to lift one side of your face. you need to just follow the program with your focus on the side that is drooping

I have subscribed but do I also need to sign up for your newsletter? Where will I find the whole face exercises and how many times a day or week are they to be done? Do you mean that every rep of 50 is held for 20 seconds? If so how long would it take to do the whole face? Thank you for your videos.

Hi Samarth, no you cant. You need to be doing this exercise as part of a full face routine, and you only do that routine once a day. do them any more and you will cause more wrinkling and cause the skin to sag and muscles to fatigue

Although I have practiced your techniques until I feel they are right as you have described I am still finding the horizontal wrinkles on my forehead (they start from about the arch of my eyebrows and go to my temples. Hi Julie, it depends on your body and what is going on with your eye and why it is actually drooping. Just do the full face routines as I have suggested in the videos and see how you go. Hi Peta, thank you so much for these videos. Will these eye exercise help for hollow or sunken eyes? I've always had thin face and now in my 50s have lost some volume/fat including around my eyes in the upper and lower lids. I just started doing your Exercise along with me Series 1 about 2 weeks ago. In time I hope too look half as good as you do.
Hi Naomi, volume loss is always a real thing as we age. I think the best thing for you is to just keep on with the exercises, be consistent and over time your facial muscles will feel toned and energised. When that starts to happen you will see some changes to the way your face is appearing with the loss of volume. With the sunken eyes, the exercises work on building the eye brow muscles and rolling them up, so you should see some subtle changes with them. Just keep consistent, thats the key ❤

Hi Peta! I'm 15 & 12 days and I've got droopy eyelids. I didn't have them before, but my grandfather's (mother's father) had them (he is deceased; hence the had). I did not have droopy eyelids when I was younger, but my mother has it very slightly. Will this exercise help me fix my eyelids? Thanks in advance! Great video!

Hi. This is great. Thanks! I appreciate it if you answer my few questions: The last exercise ( squeezing the eyes for 20 seconds) should be done 50 times as well or once? Can we do the exercises in laying down position, or should be definitely in standing position? Thanks
Hi Fariba, the technique you are referring to is called the energy lift and only to be done once for 20 seconds after completing the exercise set. I advise everyone to do them laying down. Learn the first level sitting up so you are used to the routine, then do level 2 & 3 laying down.

Hi Peta, I'm about to start exercise with me series one. I'm 57 and started getting hooded eyes. But just recently, I noticed an extra fold over the crease of my eyes! It's like I have two creases now. Yikes. It seemed to happen overnight and it's worse when I'm tired. Will the droopy eye lids exercise you mention work for this double fold? Please, please, I hope you answer me. I would be terrified of eye surgery and this looks so awful! Thanks so much! Also, it seems there are updates to the Series 1. How do I know what's been updated? Peta ,I have problems with this exercise. I get red marks around my eye and on the cheeks. I had to stop because of a tear in my skin in the corner of my left eye right between my upper and lower eyelashes. I have Done your series for nearly a year and was so happy ! ... Now I don’t know what to do. The tear does not completely heal ,whenever I try again,I can feel it. I do have quite a bit of skin on my eyelid. Which makes it difficult to know/feel where to put my knuckle,on the ridge of the eyesocket or right in the corner? Always feel that Im stretching the skin . Do you have any tips? 😊 I never managed to do the series in 15 minutes, ( more like 45) because I always felt unsure if I did it right. So I tried over and over again . I do have problems with vitamin b defficiency ,and suffer a bit from fibromyalgia,which makes it hard on my upper back muscles,when I hold my arms up to do the exercises. I am seeing a homeopath for that ,it ’s getting better but I still have a ways to go. Thankyou for all you do ,I love your work ! Really Hood you can help me,because I am afraid I won’t be able to do this anymore or have to wait a long time so that my face is deteriorating further ! 😱
Hi Monika. Thinking about what you have said, it seems that this has happened all of a sudden, or did you see it gradually happening and kept going with it? If you have torn your eye lid, I would say that you are using way too much muscle effort, this is not what you are supposed to do, especially around the eyelids, and, I do warn of this in my videos. When you perform this exercise, you tuck your knuckles into the end of the eye socket where the crows feet start, and again, I do say this in every one of the instruction videos. If you are placing them on the corner where the skin meets, its too high up and you will definitely stretch that skin area. Also, if you have a B deficiency it does affect the skin in so many ways, and could be causing thinning. I am sorry to say Monica, but I feel that you will need to stop doing them, because you cannot have any pre conditions with the skin if you are doing facial exercises, especially Facerobics. Can I suggest that you go to my video play list, and look for Face Planking and the Face Yoga Exercises. I think that might be a better way of doing your exercises, because, the repetitions are way too strong for your skin. Also, if you are taking 45 minutes to finish the routines, it is too much for your face. I can only assume that you keep doing the exercises over and over, and you are not following the method of x50 reps 2 weeks, x100 reps 2 weeks and x150 reps 2 weeks. I think that you would be all over the place doing it the way you are. You do need to stop, stop doing it that way if you cannot follow the method exactly. Also, if you have been following Facerobics for a year, by now you would be very much in the swing of how the exercises work and would have moved thru the program at least once. Because this is written, please do not interpret this as a harsh tone, its not, I just need to communicate that you are not following the program correctly by what you have said, and you need to stop doing it all together. Face Planking or the Face Yoga would be much better for you in this instance. Let me know how you go. 💖
Hi Peta, and thankyou for your quick and informative reply 😊 I really appreciate it❤️ I did not know that about the vitamin b defficiency effect on the skin . I thought it was ,that my skin was dry and I have not been using anything but jojoba oil or almond oil on my skin for years .( I am 57) because I don’t trust whats on the shelves in the stores . I got afraid I mistreated my skin . So now I panicked and bought really good products for my face. But it does not seem to help much with the tear . I want to explain,that I did follow the program correctly. It just tok me longer to do the exercises,because I paused after a few repetitions to adjust my fingerplacements sometimes after 2,3 repetitions and then started again .Sometimes I did more before I paused . And I did that not only with the eye exercises but with all of them. But mostly with the eyes. But I never did more than the 50 ,100,150 that was in that level I was in . I was very conscious of that.And in the beginning,I could’nt manage 150, so I did 50 for 3 weeks and 100 for 3 weeks. I don’t seem to understand the fingerplacement . I live in Sweden and don’t know how good my english is ,but I think I’m doing alright. But simetimes one can get it wrong anyway . I have watched your videos several times ,and you explain really well. So I don’t understand why I get it wrong . I thankyou so much for the tips about planking and faceyoga. ❤️But even with that ,I do have to get the fingerplacement right. What do you mean by” at the end of the eye socket ? ” Sorry ,I seem stupid but Where is that ? Almost on that lower part that goes down to the cheek? And ,to me the crowsfeet start in the corner of the eye.., am I mistaken ? I can’t get how my fingers are placed too high ,if they are placed in the corner ,where the skin meets. ... Something I noticed,was that the first time I was in series 5, and started doing the superfascial release before each exercise, ( the one in parts with the forehead for 2 weeks and so on ), I plataued ( sorry for the spelling ), and my face started to sag. So I stopped doing the superfascial release and continued with only the exercises. And then ,in december/january the red marks started again ,both around my eyes and on the high part of the cheeks. It lasted some time after I was finished with the exercises and the marks on the cheeks although very suddle, a little pinkish , started to still be there the next day. I don’t know what I was waiting for ,but now its permanent like I damaged something under the skin . It does not show much but even so . It does nor seem to recouperate,I haven’t been doing the exercises for 3 months now... I did not tell you that ,but I have adrenal fattigue so I am very tired and have problems with focus ,and there is something the matter with my thyroid too ,and my intestines don’t produce any B vitamins I’m told. So there is a whole range of things there . I do take vitamin b supplements now ,but don’t know if they Will work . Or how much they can do for my skin . I did try to find your videos on planking and faceyoga. And I have found one on planking and 2 face yoga. Is that correct, or are there more ? 😊 How schould I do them ? I mean ,if there are two do I alternate these two and for how many weeks do I do each one ? I know with the exercises ,that its really important to change the exercises around ,and do more repetitions as you go ,is it the same with face yoga or can you do them when you want and how many as you want ? Maybe theres a difference between the exercises and face yoga . Girls am I imagining things? i swear I looked into this mirror today and I looked different. My eyes looked awake and big and my face plumped up and toned. I didn’t expect these exercises to work! although i am new to them i already see results. I wonder why aren’t they so popular among people??? fillers and botox are much more famous while these are effective and for free?!....

To be honest, it was given to me by the universe. I am a qualified beauty therapist, and do have intimate knowledge of the face and facial muscles, but I asked the universe what I could do to help people, and it gave me Facerobics. I can only take credit for a little of it ❤

I am Neha from India -an ardent fan and follower . I have been doing facial exercises for the past 8 years and successfully so
. However there is a problem area . The area from the corner of the lips down to the chin ( i think its called depressor anguli oris )which remains weak and causes the lower cheek to sag and sometimes gives a droopy and tired appearance . Can you please suggest an exercise for the same . Thank you
The only think I can say Neha, is to follow the Exercise Along With Me Series that I have provided on YT. Some areas are hard to shift. I have the same problem, for varying reasons.

Hi Peta, Thanks for the exercises, I followed along today because I have what looks like Ptosis with my right eyelid. I know the video title says droopy eyelids, but you don't mention Ptosis at all, so I was wondering if this exercise will really help this condition or is it just to help the skin look better? Also, most of medical people say that the only treatment for Ptosis is surgery. Thank you.

As I put (, and press slightly) the fore fingers on eyebrows, even though there is no pushing up, the
" existing wrinkles " on top of the sides of eye brows get much deeper.
Is it possible to put the middle finger ( instead of index finger) on the eye brows, and support the top of eye brows with index finger? Or any other technique that supports the forehead ( on exactly top of the eyebrows)?

Hi Ori, if you have lose skin there, it will bunch up while doing the exercise. they are temporary, just try following the exercise as I have shown and you will get the results.

great exercises Peta, can you help at all with my left side of my face has sunk back a little, is there an exercise I can do for this please.
Hi Julie, we dont change the program at all. You just need to keep following the program and put your focus to the side that has sunken while doing the exercises normally

Okay, I understand you can't change the program re:- my problem with the one side of my face, (SUNK IN A BIT) but could you advise me which exercise you do would help me more than others at all! Also, the lines on each the side of my mouth going down towards my chin. I have been doing your exercises every day for nearly 6 weeks, but no movement with those lines by my mouth, I understand this will take longer.! I was thinking of joining up, but as I am a pensioner, I am 'struggling' a bit with every day cost as it is. I'm not sure I can afford to join up, I guess if I put $10.00 away every 2 weeks I might be able to join up in 4-6 months time! Anyway, see how things go. Julie
Hi Julie, just as i said above. When you are following the exercise routines, focus on the side of your face more that needs lifting when you are doing the exercises. there is not just an exercise to lift one side of your face. you need to just follow the program with your focus on the side that is drooping

Hi Roberta I am a gym member, and I have been with Peta for over 2 years, series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site, we hold for the 20 seconds after completing the reps, for each exercise, example if you are doing 50 reps, you hold for 20 seconds after completing the 50 reps for each exercise in that series. Here is the program that we follow: we start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Hi Samarth, no you cant. You need to be doing this exercise as part of a full face routine, and you only do that routine once a day. do them any more and you will cause more wrinkling and cause the skin to sag and muscles to fatigue

Although I have practiced your techniques until I feel they are right as you have described I am still finding the horizontal wrinkles on my forehead (they start from about the arch of my eyebrows and go to my temples. Hi Julie, it depends on your body and what is going on with your eye and why it is actually drooping. Just do the full face routines as I have suggested in the videos and see how you go. Your success will come with consistency and using all the correct techniques I have provided for you on the channel

I've always had thin face and now in my 50s have lost some volume/fat including around my eyes in the upper and lower lids. I just started doing your Exercise along with me Series 1 about 2 weeks ago. In time I hope too look half as good as you do.
Hi Naomi, volume loss is always a real thing as we age. I think the best thing for you is to just keep on with the exercises, be consistent and over time your facial muscles will feel toned and energised. When that starts to happen you will see some changes to the way your face is appearing with the loss of volume. With the sunken eyes, the exercises work on building the eye brow muscles and rolling them up, so you should see some subtle changes with them. Just keep consistent, thats the key ❤

Hi Peta! I'm 15 & 12 days and I've got droopy eyelids. I didn't have them before, but my grandfather's (mother's father) had them (he is deceased; hence the had). I did not have droopy eyelids when I was younger, but my mother has it very slightly. Will this exercise help me fix my eyelids?

Hi Fariba, the technique you are referring to is called the energy lift and only to be done once for 20 seconds after completing the exercise set. I advise everyone to do them laying down. Learn the first level sitting up so you are used to the routine, then do level 2 & 3 laying down.

Hi Peta, I'm about to start exercise with me series one. I'm 57 and started getting hooded eyes. But just recently, I noticed an extra fold over the crease of my eyes! It's like I have two creases now. Yikes. It seemed to happen overnight and it's worse when I'm tired. Will the droopy eye lids exercise you mention work for this double fold? Please, please, I hope you answer me. I would be terrified of eye surgery and this looks so awful! Thanks so much! Also, it seems there are updates to the Series 1. How do I know what's been updated? Can I still watch and follow Series 1 or is it outdated now? Thanks again.
Hi Bev, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, the updates are best to follow because Peta has made it easier for us to follow with her and has added extra knowledge in some of the updates, if you are a subscriber click on the bell on the browser and it should notify you of updates, everyone has things wrong with their faces, if we follow what Peta tells us to do, and we follow the program which Peta has designed just as she tells us, we can achieve wonderful results here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Peta ,I have problems with this exercise.
I get red marks around my eye and on the cheeks. I had to stop because of a tear in my skin in the corner of my left eye right between my upper and lower eyelashes.
I have Done your series for nearly a year and was so happy ! ...
Now I don’t know what to do.
The tear does not completely heal ,whenever I try again,I can feel it.
I do have quite a bit of skin on my eyelid.
Which makes it difficult to know/feel where to put my knuckle,on the ridge of the eyesocket or right in the corner? Always feel that Im stretching the skin .
Do you have any tips? 😊
I never managed to do the series in 15 minutes, ( more like 45) because I always felt unsure if I did it right. So I tried over and over again . I do have problems with vitamin b defficiency ,and suffer a bit from fibromyalgia,which makes it hard on my upper back muscles,when I hold my arms up to do the exercises. I am seeing a homeopath for that ,it ’s getting better but I still have a ways to go.

Hi Monika. Thinking about what you have said, it seems that this has happened all of a sudden, or did you see it gradually happening and kept going with it? If you have torn your eye lid, I would say that you are using way too much muscle effort, this is not what you are supposed to do, especially around the eyelids, and, I do warn of this in my videos. When you perform this exercise, you tuck your knuckles into the end of the eye socket where the crows feet start, and again, I do say this in every one of the instruction videos. If you are placing them on the corner where the skin meets, its too high up and you will definitely stretch that skin area. Also, if you have a B deficiency it does affect the skin in so many ways, and could be causing thinning. I am sorry to say Monica, but I feel that you will need to stop doing them, because you cannot have any pre conditions with the skin if you are doing facial exercises, especially Facerobics. Can I suggest that you go to my video play list, and look for Face Planking and the Face Yoga Exercises. I think that might be a better way of doing your exercises, because, the repetitions are way too strong for your skin. Also, if you are taking 45 minutes to finish the routines, it is too much for your face. I can only assume that you keep doing the exercises over and over, and you are not following the method of x50 reps 2 weeks, x100 reps 2 weeks and x150 reps 2 weeks. I think that you would be all over the place doing it the way you are. You do need to stop, stop doing it that way if you cannot follow the method exactly. Also, if you have been following Facerobics for a year, by now you would be very much in the swing of how the exercises work and would have moved thru the program at least once. Because this is written, please do not interpret this as a harsh tone, its not, I just need to communicate that you are not following the program correctly by what you have said, and you need to stop doing it all together. Face Planking or the Face Yoga would be much better for you in this instance. Let me know how you go. 💖

I did not know that about the vitamin b defficiency effect on the skin . I thought it was ,that my skin was dry and I have not been using anything but jojoba oil or almond oil on my skin for years .( I am 57) because I don’t trust whats on the shelves in the stores . I got afraid I mistreated my skin . So now I panicked and bought really good products for my face. But it does not seem to help much with the tear .
I want to explain,that I did follow the program correctly. It just tok me longer to do the exercises,because I paused after a few repetitions to adjust my fingerplacements sometimes after 2,3 repetitions and then started again .Sometimes I did more before I paused . And I did that not only with the eye exercises but with all of them. But mostly with the eyes.
But I never did more than the 50 ,100,150 that was in that level I was in . I was very conscious of that.And in the beginning,I could’nt manage 150, so I did 50 for 3 weeks and 100 for 3 weeks. I don’t seem to understand the fingerplacement . I live in Sweden and don’t know how good my english is ,but I think I’m doing alright. But simetimes one can get it wrong anyway . I have watched your videos several times ,and you explain really well.
So I don’t understand why I get it wrong . I thankyou so much for the tips about planking and faceyoga. ❤️But even with that ,I do have to get the fingerplacement right. What do you mean by” at the end of the eye socket ? ”
Sorry ,I seem stupid but Where is that ? Almost on that lower part that goes down to the cheek?

I can’t get how my fingers are placed too high ,if they are placed in the corner ,where the skin meets. ... I thought that was were they ought to be. ..
I Want to explain also ,that in the beginning I got red marks ,but thought it was because it was new. So I keept going and it went away. Something I noticed,was that the first time I was in series 5, and started doing the superfascial release before each exercise, ( the one in parts with the forehead for 2 weeks and so on ), I plataued ( sorry for the spelling ), and my face started to sag. So I stopped doing the superfascial release and continued with only the exercises.
And then ,in december/january the red marks started again ,both around my eyes and on the high part of the cheeks. It lasted some time after I was finished with the exercises and the marks on the cheeks although very suddle, a little pinkish , started to still be there the next day. I don’t know what I was waiting for ,but now its permanent like I damaged something under the skin . It does not show much but even so . It does nor seem to recouperate,I haven’t been doing the exercises for 3 months now...
I did not tell you that ,but I have adrenal fattigue so I am very tired and have problems with focus ,and there is something the matter with my thyroid too ,and my intestines don’t produce any B vitamins I’m told. So there is a whole range of things there . I do take vitamin b supplements now ,but don’t know if they Will work .
Or how much they can do for my skin .
I did try to find your videos on planking and faceyoga.
And I have found one on planking and 2 face yoga. Is that correct, or are there more ? 😊
How schould I do them ?
I mean ,if there are two do I alternate these two and for how many weeks do I do each one ?
I know with the exercises ,that its really important to change the exercises around ,and do more repetitions as you go ,is it the same with face yoga or can you do them when you want and how many as you want ?
Maybe theres a difference between the exercises and face yoga .
And ,can I pick up where I left of with the s uperfascial release and lympdrainage ,and your lovely massages ?❤️I love those especially the neckmassage.

yes you can do that, but just very slightly, you dont want to stretch the skin
