do you know what (5.1) surround system is ? you have made amp but it will work as stereo. 1). you haven't install any any any low frequency filter for sub. 2). you have no option to give 5.1 signals as input, Bluetooth (USB , micro sd card, FM) only only support stereo (2.0)
It's not surround 8.1 but it's mono 8.1 (4ch stereo inside = 8 ch mono, and 1sub ch outside). If u want a 5.1 surround, u need: Front L, Front R, Surround L, Surround R, Center and 1 SUB
I suggest you introduce some protections: general fuse on the alternating network, fuse on each amplifier. antibump circuit and protection for direct current in speaker output. variable gain buffer on each audio input. check the diode bridge if it has a high peak current ... with nearly 40,000 microfarads of smoothing, you can't imagine the initial charge current… it's scary. optimizes charging with a slow charging circuit. the two voltage regulators do not have to work like this, they need two 0.1 microfarad capacitors connected in input and output and an inverted diode between output and input. . between heatsink and power chip, it is better to use thermal paste. the convective motion of the air is wrong on the heat sink. regards.
This is a stereo setup but with more output, you wont get surrounding effect like 5.1 or dolby, you will get experience like normal amp or headphones, if you use any 5.1 or 7.1 decorder then you can get the real effects
Only for bass tube amplifier chahiye ghar ke liye. Mere pas 2 basstube hain but uske amplifier full dead ho gaye hain. Uske liye kaisa amplifier board chahiye aur ghar me kaise chala sakte hain? Please explain in details.......

what you make is a amp with 2 ch input and 2 x 4ch output not an 8 ch amplifier. And also that is not surround Amp because you dont use sound processor, for 5.1 at least you must use sound processor like Dolby Digital system or better
if you use independent signal input for each amplifier you can make suround system, but you will need suround input signal. For 5.1 you can use 1x 2.1 amp, 1x stereo amp and 1x mono amp ( center channel).

Just be creative. 6 channel amp. 4 channel satellite with full range speaker. 1 channel for voice with LC filter that cut off 8~20khz and 20~100hz for voice. And 1 of the channel is for bass. Filtering out 100hz ~20khz frequency. Not enough oomph? Find yourself mono channel high watt amplifier. Add proper LC filter too. 6/5.1 Channel is not enough and you want 7.1/8 channel surround? Add another 2 channel amp kit for satellite surround.
Make it with 4 bord or 4 different bords....and put a passive crossover which are inbuild....one bord for sub, one bord for Mid, one bord for Woofer, one ford for tweeter, And do bord design same size and different types like 30w, 50w,100w,150w,200w etc and then do the magic ... Change the perticular bord if need more power or just simply pick bords of customers choice like 100w sub and 200w mid and 50w tweeter....at same power supply Power supply 12v 4amp...and put power enhancer with protection in each bord or customer change power supply if he/she need 2 bord or 3 bord as per as required.
