Eric is now one of my favorite pro chefs here, sitting comfortably with Frank and Saul.
sameeeee
Absolutely 💯
I agree!!! sll my faves too
Same!
Gabi has the best go getter, let’s try it, open-minded attitude. She’s great.
She's a national treasure that must be protected
and pretty
Chef Eric worked at Eleven Madison Park one of the best restaurants in the world calling him a pro chef is an understatement.
I know what you are trying to get at but this would actually be a perfect time to use the word Pro Chef wouldnt you say? That sentence doesnt make sense he is most definitely a pro chef and to say less would make him insignificant.
@@NaOds50 Anyone can be a pro chef if you are doing it and earning money off of it. There are levels to being a chef and he is elite having worked at 3 star restaurants.
He called himself a pro
pro^2 chef?
Pro chef is enough. There is no need for elitism here. Michelin star is overrated anyway
We demand more Gabi

Lorenzo vs Gabby!
No thanks
No
Yes!
And why does Gabi NOT have her own cooking show yet? She's 10/10.
In more ways than one.
Gabi just won Next Level Chef s3! She will get lots of cooking shows and projects 😊
I just rewatched eric using the cleaver to transfer the shrimp to the bowl 5 times and I’m still impressed. Love these two!
Chinese chefs, especially here in China, are absolute ninjas with those things. It's never not impressive
The positivity in this episode is off the charts. Excellent duo in Gabi and Eric 😊
These two have just such an incredible chemistry. Amazing chefs in their own leagues, both lively fun people, yes, more!
I absolutely LOVE this duo. At the end together, their matching energy is just fantastic. Love to see more with them!
9/10 comments here are about Gabi and I’m totally here for her positive contagious energy too ❤
She reminds me of Jordana brewster
Did anyone notice that she used chef Frank’s method for using the grater? I was so happy that somebody listened. 😂😂
I've always liked Gabi. Her quoting Napoleon Dynamite just took her up to 11.
Gabi's knife skills have noticably improved! Looking much more comfortable
i was so impressed w her cutting the scallion
The first thing I noticed off the bat was that the cheaper ingredients had the premium brand of oyster sauce while the expensive ingredients had a cheap one. Very proud of myself for knowing that lol.
Notice how they price them? The cheaper ingredients are priced as to what you need per portion, the expensive ingredients are priced as to the whole unit (e.g full bottle), look at the price of the shrimp and how much ends up on the plate. They always do this to make the expensive ingredients seem even more so
This has to be one of my fave episodes of swapping ingredients!! So many dishes, so much fun. I loved what Chef Eric did with Gabi’s ingredients, and I loved how Gabi tackled the techniques and ingredients of Chef Eric’s ingredients.
Epicurious-- this is a great pair. Do this again (well different food). Gabi is a lot of fun (and has great skills), and Eric is awesome.
I love Gabi, her happiness and attitude just radiates and makes you happy!
Gabi with the most visceral growl at the start 😂 Any episodes with Gabi are always a favorite.
There's something endearing with Eric almost hiding when he eats while Gabi essentially headbutts the food, going full python on those veggies and claws.
Great video! Learned some new stuff.
Hahaha he just jumped up to top 3 chefs with his quote “As long as she doesn’t **ck this up!” 😂🤣😂🤣, that’s what my head tells me every time I cook!
We need more of Chef Eric, very entertaining, makes cooking more fun.
eric is so fun to watch
I love Gabi's energy. for sure Asian Moms will approve her lol
what a great episode, showing much works behind the dish of dim sum for others to appreciate. these two Chef and Guest has great chemistry while they share tea and compliment each other
Yay Gabi's back!
Chef Eric is so attractive! I don't know what is about him I think he just looks and acts like a genuinely kind guy.
These two make such a power team! Excited to see more Gabi and Eric in the future
Congrats on your win, Gabi! Enjoy your mentorship with Gordon Ramsay!
We need an episode of this where they make trout with rosemary. Then Rosemary Trout needs to actually get a chance to taste the end results.
Gabi I'm so happy to see you on Next Level Chef!
More Eric yo, this guy is a natural

Gabi looked so tired by the end.. they both did so well though yummm!
Amazing to see how well Eric uses that cleaver.
Every chef who uses a Chinese clever just looks super pro
Wasn’t Gabi a 2nd level cook? Anyways, I’m glad she is back

What is the 'kreller' thing?? The oil stick thing in the spring rollsmm
EPIC
I love food!
He seems like such a nice guy!
Hey Gabi, we missed you!
She's attractive so she is allowed the benefits of just eating without having to care about how she looks chewing & him not having that experience is an interesting juxtaposition.
Yummy
I think you guys should have the chefs create both dishes so we can see the difference of how they use the same ingredients
Gabi got even more gorgeous. How is that even possible?
Gotta love Gabi!
my grandfather loves chicken feet lol
as for me i cannot stand the smell of cooking lo bak go, and i’m a bit disappointed that my favorite (the creamy custard buns, nai wong bao) aren’t there, but still cool to watch
A dish served with jasmine tea. General Iroh would be so proud.
