0:56 Javier is the best thing that ever happened to Tosin. Gartska is a glitch in the Matrix and should have never ended up in a band with such talented peers and it just doesn't even make sense that such a perfect trio ever occured.

Saw Animals live last November. Crowd was pretty rowdy. They end a song and the lights go dark. Warm melody starts playing, everyone goes quiet. Then Tosin stands there, covered in white light and Brain Dance comes on. This moment nurishes my soul every since. Thanks Animals.

You gotta go to one of their shows if you haven't evan as a musician it was a game changer when i felt really down about a lot of stuff it was such a reguvinating experience and only solidified my love for guitar and the kind of musicianship that goes into such an amazing live performance. Every musician should be aiming to play from the soul and be so intuitive and one with their band as if your band is just one entity and not all a seperate enigma. In a way Tosin’s solo felt like me calming down and finally realizing that my struggles don’t define me. When i first heard it i thought the low notes were played on bass, this video has proven me quite wrong.

Clearly it's not Tosin then because that's not an acoustic.

It's a hollowbody with nylon strings and a piezo pickup. It's pretty acoustic.

Rufus Stanier It has no sound box and no steel strings. Literally the two defining characteristics of an acoustic guitar.

Sorry I thought you meant acoustic/classical. It is technically an acoustic instrument. Thanks for educating me :)

As much as I love this band, I would love to see them grab an actual bass player that's equally as good as they are. I feel like it would add another dimension to their songs and since they already play all the dimensions, it might be even more of a mind fuck lol

Javier’s tones are incredible. Does anybody know what he’s using? is that Axe effects or his amp or something?? Or is it dominantly his guitar? I’m still learning how artists get their tones. Thanks in advance!! Freaking love this band!!!!

if you compare amp and guitar the tone is 90% on your amp but better guitar is more comfortable to play
