As a 25 year old who’s worked on self improvement since 19, Kris’s channel is prefect for the remainder of my 20’s and after because so many guys who get on self improvement early will try to cash out ASAP once they see a little progress or their friends get married and buy a house/car/etc - ESPECIALLY during the pandemic when people succumb to loneliness. I’m seeing it happen with all my friends, but they have no idea how much the male advantage will compound over the next few years financially, mentally, physically and socially 😈

    1.Focus on mental health
You can do this by being optimistic, meditating and reading and learning
    2.Focus on physical health
Do this by Cardio/HIIT, lifting weights, calisthenics, martial arts also get a grooming routine for hair and face.
    3.Focus on purpose
    Money, Buisness etc.
    4.Extras
This could be anything like learning a language, music or learning about fashion
    5.Relationships with fammily, freinds.
Make at least one day a month to see your mother or talk to her over the phone.

Kris is not joking with this guys.
I've been working on an Instagram page, weights/exercise, diet, proper sleep schedule, body language, work, investing, reading, one by one incorporating them into my daily routine for the past few years after a dark period in my life and once the momentum starts then comes your mindset of accomplishment and achievement mainly because of the discipline you now have. It's a powerful thing.

I agree with his advice. I just turned 23. Was living with my mum for the longest time. Over the last 2 years I’ve only managed to save up roughly £20k - I have now moved away, resigned from my full-time and so it’s giving me 12 months to just simply focus on my business that I’ve been slowly working along side over the last year.
£20k isn’t much compared to £100k but it’s a risky start I’m looking forward too

this is what i'm doing right now more or less. I'm following all the steps and advice the 1STMAN channel has given us, with regards to discipline & patience, women, male advantage, masculine character, gym and grinding etc, basically optimising every aspect of my life as possible. I'm currently working for a piling company for foundation, its tough, sometimes very tough, but i'm stacking thousands of pounds and completely focused on the potential ahead, i'm in a great routine, working outdoors, keeping fit, eating clean etc building mind, body and assets etc. I must say, its been a pleasure listening to this channel because it would have taken me a lot longer to move into this lifestyle without it. Ive got a long road ahead of me and im okay with that ! In the meantime i'll be planning even further ahead with business ideas and/or investments. oh and I forgot to mention, making lots of sacrifices, such as quitting certain substances, not living for the weekend etc, not spending money on anything other than the essentials for my goals, thank you Kris for your hard work

Kris can you make a video on improving social skills and going out while on the journey of grinding until your peak because if someone just works and becomes successful but didn’t talk to women or make friends during that time then when they are in there prime they won’t really know how to talk to people or be good socially. This was a great video btw.

Great video Kris! This advice is vital for anyone who has ambitions but can't quite make a habit out of it, I'm not quite sure if you've ever read "Atomic Habits" by James Clear, but in Chapter 13 "The 2 minute rule", explains how we tend to try and start way too high when we try to create a new healthy habit, which will eventually burn us out, so to counter this, we have to start small, instead of reading for 2 hours, start by simply reading 2 pages every day, at the same time, after a few days, make it 10 pages, this way we can easily make a habit and be consistent, because we minimize resistance to almost a minimum, so when you move on to the bigger steps, you already have a HABIT of whatever practice you wanted and it becomes infinitely easier to stay consistent. Also, you can now move forward and do the same thing with another habit, since you've already made it an automatic process, you'll be using much less, if not no will power towards that practice.

Holy shit man, the difference in your face is night and day. You look far more lean and masculine. Happy for ya man! Out of interest and just to see the timescale of your orthatropics, how old were you in the first picture compared to now? All the best for you and the family this year mate, I know you’ll be a huge success long term also. I’ll be here supporting and I’m looking forward to seeing things come together even further for you and your journey. Also, do you have any more body language videos planned? I think Jax Teller and Hank Moody are great examples of alpha body language, yet with contrasting styles. Just as an idea also that I don’t believe you’ve done as part of the channel yet, would you be interested in contemplating the verbal warfare/business side of things? Suits is a phenomenal example of characters having frame battles and I’d be particularly interested in your take of how characters verbally one-up each other in an attempt to be more convincing that the other. Just some food for thought in case it appeals to you. All the best Kris!

Optimism and momentum are most important 2 things
How to know what to do next or how to get into flow state .... An easy way to do so is pick two things one that is too east/boring and other one that is too hard. Pick something that is in middle
    This is for short term
For long term divide into 3 things
1.Momentum..... Building momentum ny doing the low hanging fruit. By having points on the board
    2.Boost
    3.Essentials
Here 1st man is talking about momentum that low hanging fruit gives you
You don't need but momentum to do something
Momentum is the thing you are looking for when you are starting something. Because you are more like to complete something that is already started than something that has to be done by scratch. .... Example of coupons...You don't need but momentum to do something
If you want to be a billionaire start by having a million

I knew doge was going to go up for 4 years now. I had 10k in it now and then, I took it out to day trade GME. The weekend it went up I had my money in GME, and got 90 day trade banned for trading it. I missed out on 1-2 million from doge :(

Cheltenham. I've got a lot of friends there and it's a fun place, it'll give me a good year to build my social life back before I head back to London
