    I just found you and i definitely enjoy your videos. I love videos like yours where people can relate who struggle to lose weight, to get started and everything in between. Which is me. I am having a tough time getting started and when i have actually started in the past and track my food and such. I did very well. But, here i am again heavier and cant seem to get started. So i think watching your videos today will give me the incentive to at least try to start. I was told to do 2 things to start, dont jump in like doing everything at once. To take baby steps towards so you dont feel overwhelmed and then after that add one or 2 other things to do toward your goal of weight loss. Thank you so very much for giving me the incentive to get started. Plus your videos also give me more about a lot of things just not weight loss. Take good care of yourself and family. Your daughter is a doll.

    You will be fine. 2lbs is nothing after a vacation. It will be gone in a few days ❤ Yes being accountable helps. I am a Lifetime Member and if not for knowing I had to get weighed I could go off the rails for sure. Keep up the great work and videos 😊

    I love love the Jones chicken sausages from Costco! I love to make a bowl with eggs, simply shredded hash browns, spinach, cut up jones chicken sausages, and cheese

    I am totally feeling you about gaining weight when you get off track bc I am right there with you this past week! 😂. I am up 3.3 pounds and I know it is mostly due to my lack of meal prep. Thank you for keep it real. Oh … the salad looks great.

    Hi! I love your videos. I got the rebounder that you have and I’ve had it for a week now and I love it. I’m still only getting in about 6 minutes at a time lol but I’m 367 pounds right now so I know it will get easier. I’m currently down 32 pounds so I am in this with you. We got this! 😊

    You've inspired me to make a grinder sandwich salad today! Mine came up to 5 pts and 4 servings due to my substitutions. Yum! I'm thinking I may need more protein though... Yogurt maybe.

    Lauren do you know how many calories in a day your to consume ? And do you know how much protein daily to eat? If so can you tell me how you figured that out?

      I don’t track calories daily just WW points. I do try to keep a protein goal. I use the MyFitnessPal free app to track it!

      Agreed! I’d much rather it take a little longer, but be most similar to how I will continue to live after reaching goals. Time with my littles is going fast.

    How did the salad hold up with the wettish ingredients mixed in?

      Between the hubs & I we finish it in 3 days and was still good by then. If trying to do a whole week 5+ days I’d suggest not mixing the salad but just layering it with the wetter ingredients in bottom/lettuce on top to help avoid it getting watery! & I always keep dressing for salad or pasta salad separate for meal prep!

    i love my jones chicken sausage links mixed in with some eggs. i put Franks red hot over it and it’s addicting lol. 😊

    ❤ Congratulation on a success that you've seen thus far. Remember, the female body fluctuates in weight. We are biologically designed that way. Even if you were on your physical activity, and dietary plan. As you get older your hormones are going to want to be more in charge. So remember to always give yourself grace.❤

    When are we going to realize that we can stay on plan with WW, even on vacation? I’m including myself.

      U can if that’s your choice. I choose not to stress it while on vacation, or on holidays. I’m not someone who is looking to be “lifetime” on WW tracking my food forever. It’s a tool I’m using during my health journey, but my ultimate goal is to eat intuitively with healthier habits. I didn’t track on vacation, but I was mindful! Made sure to eat plenty of protein & a salad at lunch daily to get in veg & fiber, with a few treats during the day. Back to it when I got home and Vaca weight gain was gone in 3 days just eating my norm again.
