- I built a working LEGO loop rollercoaster using LEGO Technic!
This is part 2 of my LEGO rollercoaster build series and I have expanded on the original track and rollercoaster vehicle design to incorporate two huge lift hills and a loop the loop!
The rollercoaster is now over 150cm tall and features two lift hills powered by LEGO power functions motors.
The ride capacity is 10 LEGO people per car with safer ride vehicles including upgraded restraints and seats compared to Part 1 - the launch rollercoaster.
The track contains more than 2000 5x3 LEGO Technic lift arm pieces and the main loop is 64cm tall!
I will be doing a third video in the series at some point in the future.

dangg you have alot of real talent and real money
LOL💀💀😭
@@sherrynaleszkiewicz1357 I'm sorry did I say something mediocre?
Lmfao 🤣

we need a full roller coaster like this! more technic support on the loop, a way higher lift hill, a heaver/ larger ride will give it more inertia. and faster lift hill would all be improvements although it would take more than 3x longer.
Incredible build. Some day imma get on that level. Not soon, just wow.
Thanks for the support!
This is awesome, can't wait for part 3!
Put some small, wide, rubber bands on the wheels to make everything super smooth and quiet.
Looks more stable than traveling carnivals 😬
But carnival rides are ment to sway. But it looks unstable but its more safe when it sways. It will just break if it doesn’t
Plus they are bigger
I want such a coaster at home! 😍😀
As a certified gerstlauer fanboy- I APPROVE
Imagine if this guy built the smiler, It would be amazing.
amazing! can't wait for part 3
Best lego creator of all time btw nice house
you the best😃😃🌺
Thats Awesome🤩
Wow. It looks like the material has to suffer a lot. 😁🤓🚒
Yes the flex is hard to eliminate. The main drawback to that is it absorbs energy and therefore slows the coaster massively.
Ain’t no way bro built a vekoma boomerang and took the cobra roll away 💀
Honestly anything would be great, the skill of detail and the video creation is unmatched for building mini stuff, love the way it is shown!
Underated
👇
*It bends like a **_real loop_* 😁🤘
the sequel we have all been wating for
Thanks! 🙏🏼
cool concept !
Wow! Amazing!
Thanks for the comment! Appreciate it!
your track system is really neat
Thanks! Creating smooth curves in LEGO is difficult!
You should have a on ride pov
Challenge: make the smiler out of lego
Lots of learning, hard work and interesting decisions here! ❤
Thanks for the comment! It was a daunting project due to its size but I think it worked out well!
Awesome size of the train.
Yeah, I had always thought of doing a LEGO rollercoaster that was a scale up from a couple of minifigs like the official sets use!
Great work!
Last weekend I exhibited the second version of my modular rollercoaster (5 meter x 2 meter): police against robbers; who wins? I hope to upload a short video of it soon.
Ah thanks! Hope you had a great time showing off your hardwork! Upload and let everyone see it!
Fan-freakin-tastic!
Great job.
Un plano en primera persona. POV. una cámara a bordo
No se si pasaría una inspección de industria, con esos movimientos. :).
Pero espectacular.
I hope part 3 includes a corkscrew
I’ll have to see what I can cook up with the track system in a future video!
Such a cool build, i couldnt help but botice the train kinda looks like a gurstauer so it would be super cool if you could make it look like the smiler!!!
Ah thanks for the support! Yes it’s loosely based on that and took elements from B&Ms Sheikra in Busch! Gunna need a lot more pieces for the smiler!
nice, thats a lot of lift arms also idea, make a full circut coaster, probably not possible with current track design tho
Great work. Best one I've seen. Get a camera in the coaster car!
Also a little ball to see if it makes it through the track without falling. A little physics demo of enertia
Thanks for the comment! Appreciate the support!
Love it ❤❤❤
What the fuck that is an actually realistic coaster made with lego! Outstanding
Ah thanks for the support and comment! I appreciate it!
-insert Rollercoaster Tycoon Drop Scream 1.mp3 here- 10/10
👏👏👏
That game brings back memories!!
Epic!!! 😊
It would be super epic if you could film it on ride
If (and probably when) I make Part 3 I’ll definitely bear that in mind! A POV would be really cool!
Nice idea how did you build railway for Rollercoaster. Lol I will try for Europa Park Rollercoaster 😂😂😮😅😊
I have wanna see it rigged so that one minifig falls out at the top of the loop.. and how close does it come to falling back into the ride!! 😅
Awesome build!!
Thanks for the comment! I did have a few rider accidents when filming!
Can you PLEASE put a tiny camera on the ride itself so we can get the POV of the passengers of the ride? This would be so awesome.
I’ll definitely bear it mind for Part 3! When I manage to do it!
It runs so satisfyingly smooth!
It took a long time to work out an appropriate track / wheel combo that worked! Thanks for the comment!
I was wondering if it is possible to construct a Lego machine that folds several 3D-origami triangular pieces? I was thinking of doing that but it is quite challenging I believe.
This roller-coaster sounds direct and kind of serene !
롤러코스터 소리는 직접적이고 고요하게 들립니다!
Even the chain noise is very similar to real 🎢
I try my best…!
you should make the launch you did and use that into the loop
Pluspoints for the clothoid loop!
Yes!
Amazing! If engineering companies accepted YT videos as resume you could be designing cities. Out of Lego!
Believe me, you can become a Lantern Festival flying car engineer. There is a thing called broken rails in Taiwan's Libaoland Lego.
Wow, that is beautiful. Very nice job man
Ah thanks! Appreciate the support!
@@BuilditwithBricks sure mate. I subscribed too 🤗, i love your content
Make a full roller coaster 🙏
Hi, thanks for the comment! There will be a part 3 in the future and I’ve yet to decide what form it will take!
Definitely a Gerstlauer
dont have time to watch full thing now but I can tell already this is next level! bravo! comment and a like and a subscribe
Ah I really appreciate the support! Enjoy the video!
awesome. now make a louder version!
3:53 Looks like the head amd arms of a stick or comic figure
They need some headrests or they'll all get whiplash, lol.
Thanks for the comment! Check out my other rollercoaster video - the Lego launch rollercoaster - flying by the seat of their pants on that one…
noice
it is cool and Im 8
❤
that’s cool and all but there’s also the set that came out like 2 years ago
Next, I make a functional iPhone out of LEGO. 😅
Lego's official loop coaster would like to know your location to set ataight who has the name "lego loop coaster" lol. (All seriousness though very 👍)
4:40 Who's there!
Good spot!
Can this track design have banked turns?
Hey, yes I believe it could! Stay tuned for a Part 3 at some future point!
Already better than the other Lego track pieces.
What manufacturer is this inspired by?
Hi thanks for the comment! I suppose I had the Gerstlauer Eurofighter in mind as well as SheiKra over at Busch Gardens!
I Wanne ASK with what lego Set you build this?
Hi, a load of custom bits were used to create this! It didn’t come from a cluster of sets. Thanks for commenting!
@@BuilditwithBricks I'm building this with the bucket wheel excavator
How to buy it, available in India??
can you add tires to the wheels above?
Hi, thanks for the comment! Tires created too much friction with the track and prevented a smooth run of the ride vehicle.
Can you make a cobraroll
Vekoma beware of this man
The thing that bothers me about Legos is that I don't see any Legos in these models. It's a custom parts or one-offs. :\ Still, this is very impressive.
its lego technic
