The wave machine was generating a pretty nice sine wave there. You should get it to accept arbitrary waveforms and render those. Then you could make a simple VST plugin for Ableton or other synth software to send the waveform to the lego wave machine, thereby creating a lego oscilloscope!
I think it would be really cool if both motors of the wave machine had very slightly RPMs, then we could watch it slowly phase in and out of sync and get some interesting wave movements
Lol those rings mess with the mind for sure! I agree with you there! The bendy rings would've been so cool to actually make happen, but lol unfortunately just an effect 😉
Been watching for a while now, and the amount of effort put into every video is insane! I've done some complex stuff myself and I know it takes time. Anyway, great job! Also, name the one "the swing", and my favorite was the wave, I love the effect it has!

@Noah-jq1ff I don't wanna come off "forcing" at all, but I believe in Christ Jesus alone. Gears of Chaos is an accurate representation of the gears in my brain trying to make a thought. My favourite was 100% the modified wave machine, I'd call it The Rolling Wave bc of the movement and the fact you could roll balls around in it
yoooo, another banger of a video from you! i love all of your creations so much man, and the brick by brick time lapses are just amazing and so satisfying. the dedication in your vids really shows, and its unreal. keep up the good work my dude!
'Gears of Chaos' ironically used to create vector images at any scale. Mathematically, you can recreate any single-line drawing using circles rotating along circles rotating along circles, etc. So rather than chaotic, it's actually one of the most ordered things in the universe.
Those ufo spiral pieces are from the new City police station, right? I was hoping someone would do something cool with those, and you definitely did not disappoint!! The wave machine and rings were incredibly satisfying as well 😄
Yep, that's right! They're also on Pick-a-Brick though, so I couldn't help but get like 64 of them lol 🤣 But honestly, they're revolutionary and makes turning rotary motion into linear motion so much easier 👍 Thanks man, I honestly didn't expect that result, but it turned out fantastic!
Very cool! I think the Ring illusion would work better if the bottom ring is sitting on a flat, circular base that rotates instead of the stick, then it would be harder to perceive the rotation. The support stick movement makes it apparent that the rings are rotating and breaks the illusion somewhat.

All these machines (save for the wave machine) would be so much more satisfying if they didn't wobble as much. Maybe some extra reinforcement could help them not look like they were about to fall apart from the speed
