The laxative thing is terrifying, and her parents are clueless. I’ve witnessed a friend I lost touch with die of anorexia while all her friends, family, and fiancé somehow ignored this happening right before their eyes.
As for the bees stings, long nails, long hair, and bleach addiction, I’m not seeing what’s odd about them really. Please excuse me, now I need to go drag my hair to the carwash, take a sauna inside my giant beehive, gargle with my bleach mouthwash, and go to Comic-con as Wolverine.
I used to take 10-12 a day and it almost killed me. I would puke and get so nausous i felt like i was gonna die. Ive been clean for over a year now but still suffer from a eating disorder. I felt her pain on such a personal level. It's a horrible addiction thats suprisingly common with people who suffer from eating disorders. I pray she gets help.

@tikaalik nope my therapist dropped me and no one will help me unless im a normal weight. I got rejected from several ed clinics and just gave up. I also can't give up my job and become hospitalized unfortunately:/

at the end of her episode, it said she hasn't stopped using them, and in fact, when she went to the doctor's after she came clean to her mother, she broke down in tears when she wasn't as low in weight as she wanted. she left before the doctor could give her proper treatment.
she's not doing so well, and i haven't found any updates on any social media website, not even reddit. last update we had was from TLC, and she was still going strong with her laxative use. she began to use double what she had originally used because she wanted to be thinner. she's continued to literally purge herself to death. it's so heartbreaking. i really hope she managed to get some real help, and not from the scammy ED clinics.
i was in her same position nine months ago. i battled my addiction for almost two years (this november marks two years), and my hospital referred me to an ED clinic. told me i was too overweight (i had purged and starved myself to the point where my body was eating my necessary nutrients and fat, and i ballooned in size almost overnight), pumped me with a drug cocktail that literally poisoned me, and then they had the nerve to tell me my insurance never went through and told me to cough up $2500 for the treatment.
it was awful. she needs real help. TLC isn't going to do much for her.

laxative girl (i really and truly forgot her name, so i'm not trying to be rude) had an update at the end of her episode. she went to the doctor after she came clean to her mother, and when they went there, and they checked her weight, she broke down in tears because she wasn't small and thin enough. the ending card basically said she hadn't stopped and plans to take double what she already took to get to that point.
long story short, she's not doing well at all. as for the others:
bleach girl still uses it. the doctor and therapist didn't do enough to get her to stop.
breast girl plans to reduce her breast size, but i don't think she will. she's too superficial, even with the risk of another fatal infection that could become toxic shock syndrome.
bee girl has cut back, but she plans to find other methods of holistic pain relief to help keep the bee population somewhat stable.
nail girl claims she is going to trim her nails down because of her diabetes, but i won't plan on her losing her gross nails.
the girl with the ten pound knot of hair doesn't want to cut it, and she said that straight to the specialist's face when telling him about the neck and back problems she's been having.

My hair used to be past my tailbone and it was such an hindrance. In my teens it was mid thigh and it was so heavy that it gave me neck pain. I can’t imagine having hair that drags on the floor , it’s gotta be so heavy and difficult to wash.

it really depends on the kind of hair you have. if you have really curly or coiled hair then it would have to be maybe twice as long to reach the same place as straighter hair so it's much heavier. there's also the fact that people can have thinner or thicker hair. so a certain length for some people is a much different weight than for others. plus people can also have undercuts in lower layers of their hair to thin it out. so depending on what type of hair you have and how you style it it's very different person to person.

I worked in a coffee shop once and the health inspector came and talked with me about how much bleach is needed. For a full large sink, one capful is enough to kill germs and sanitize. Her pouring a pool of bleach on the counter tops is terribly excessive. Never mind bathing in it etc wow
I only buy white bed linens and bleach them when they’re washed. It’s 1/3 cup of bleach for a load. To sanitize sponges and things I use a capful of bleach in a dishpan of hot water. Any more than that and the smell gets pretty overpowering.

I'm diabetic and have cancer... I keep my toenails very short... My nails on the other hand are long.. but not to the extent of what she has... There isn't anything I cannot do with my nails! My hair is long ALSO. I'm Caucasian. I do have ALL my DR'S OPINIONS ON MY NAILS & MY HAIR... currently they're using my nails & hair to monitor my cancer. They have been since 2017, when my medication that I have been on for 19 years has stopped working properly!
I feel for these people that have addictions to things that they don't have control over💔‼️ It's a form of OCD... They need HELP‼️

ill be honest i had to pause the video and walk away for a moment when the girl with the laxative addiction came on, i've struggled with what she's going through but never to that extreme and the idea of taking that many laxatives made me physically ill, i recognized it was an ED behavior before she even mentioned it. but also, she must be RAW back there... i can't imagine the pain

When you use it every day AND not take the prescribed dose, instead use those extremely high amounts, medication like laxatives will sooner or later stop working.

As someone who overdosed 4 times, i always have to throw up when i take a pill or feel the need to vomit right after taking them. So watching her just swallow HANDFULS of laxatives made me GAG. I really do hope she gets better though, its heartbreaking to see. :(
