Вставка

- The Nektar SE49 is a super affordable MIDI controller, at just $85. This means there is no excuse for you not to start making music: www.audiomentor.com/gear/nekt...
Skip to 3:40 to see me produce music with the Nektar SE49.
In this review, I show you what's included with the Nektar SE49, tell you some important features on the MIDI controller and produced a short music arrangement with it.
Bottomline, I'm OKAY with the touch response, although I could feel it being a little on the affordable side of keyboards. That said, after burning in a few minutes playing on the SE49, I could definitely play quite expressively on the controller.

@@MT-on4hn im still using that MIDI keyboard and i didn't see any problems on it :D you can use it for long times.
@@buraksevilmis5059 thx for replying
I'm still deciding between this and worlde blue whale 49 which has semi weight keys which one would you recommend based on this information
Thanks great review!
i love the review i love that...
very simple but very nice , good job , thank you .....
VERY GOOD :)
Which type of macbook do use? Is it a M1 chip? I am searching for a keyboard that works plug & play with the m1 chip.
hi, what port number do you have to select in fl studio?
Hello, can I no what model the external monitor you used
I'm between this one and the midiplus easy piano, would you help me with some advice
Will this product work with Ableton? even if it is not compatible.
dope stuff, new subscriber :)
Glad to have you around :)
Yes, Interesting Video. I play Guitar and need one Midi keyboard etc for background drum / beats making. Is it good especially wihout any DAW as such for beginners and low budget option. Please.
Thankyu
Thank you
Great demo! I'm waiting for mine. Used to have a M-Audio Keystation 49 but the pitch wheel started changing random pitch values inside of the daw, seems common with midi controllers after usage. Not gonna abuse the pitch wheel because of that this time!
Sounds like dust or corrosion happening at the contact points. Hope you're enjoying your new controller
alll sound in this video in Logic pro ??? right?
Thanks for transpose solution
Which monitor do you use ?
is this difficult with out drum pad?
Thankyou sar
Nice midi. I just bought the SE 25Mini cuz this one was taking up too much space.
I plug it n click on minilab mkll on ableton11 no sound but i can see the wave n light it goes up when i hit the key but no sound. What should i do?
Preferences select sound drive, there is only about 5 listed there.
Can you change the tone of it so it sound more like a piano like a piano mode not a beat mode?
Do you mean the MIDI velocity curve? Yes you can change that. I was using the default velocity curve, and just striked the key harder to program the beats.
Can I use the keyboard with an iPad as well? (That runs GarageBand)
Yes!
How’s about keybed clicky sound and feeling compared to Samson Carbon.
I prefer it to the Samson Carbon
hi - nice demo , may I ask - How did you quantize that first phrase on GarageBand ? thx !
scissor icon -> track -> time quantize
@@luke4897 Thank you , I have been away from GB and couldn't remember where quantize was , so it show up as a drop down box ,once you hit scissors , How genius is that, they could have spelled out "quantize" , but why make it easy :)
excuse me for no articles using, Im russian)
thanks buddy, good for you.
I bought this keyboard.
nektar se 49.
they write "no driver required. plug and play. that's exactly what I
did. i plugged it. and I got "USB audio device" in my windows device manager. with
midi components оf course.
but I cant play.
my old DAW doesn't "see" that MIDI input device. also its not seen by
any online synthesizer. although with the old keyboard via mpu-401 it
all worked perfectly.
did I throw my money away?
That's fine. Happy to connect.
No you didnt blow your money. I believe you have used up all your MIDI device slots. Try this ua-cam.com/video/s9zws7RQKHI/v-deo.html
Trying to set this up in Reaper and I am having the hardest time trying to figure out how to do so! Cannot hear anything, have done everything I can think of.
First, see if your computer and DAW detects the input.
How's the velocity? Is it good for piano play?
It is midi keyboard only works with computer ,you can change velocity on your DAW
Is it still worth it?
Does the keys makes lot of key press noise while playing
A little. It's a little plasticky if you know what I mean.
thnku
I'm playing D major but it's playing D#major in any software i use...someone please help 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I assume you've transposed it 1 semitone? Perhaps press the button to shift the keyboard 1 semitone down
is it compatible with fl studio?
Is it compatible with FL studio? May I ask hm
Yup. Everything is cool except for the keyboard action which I find hard and challenging to play expressively
What does that mean??
Im a beginner and looking to learn piano
Nektar SE49 is fine however it might be better to get a used keyboard with alot more features, the Akai APK49 and Arturia keylab essential used cost around $100.
That sounds smart too.
what program is that?
Logic Pro X
I tried the se61 version and keys are not SENSITIVE very much. You cant press 32th or 64th notes easily key structure isnt allow to play fast solo. If you are playing slow things or you need something to press chords prefer this. Material quality is nice and its design is good. controls are very simple. You can use this for a chord-pressing keyboard while playing solo at another midi keyboard... this is my review for Nektar se61 . I tried with logic pro and all well known midi vsts like kontakt, omnisphere, ample sound, toontrack, u-jam etc....
i dont understand .. is there a delay in keypress? We can't play them Fast?
Im a beginner , I want to learn Piano(I already have a DAW)
@@lavatr8322 Hi, i tried this keyboard for 2 months as my main keyboard controller at DAW and i saw that keys are hard keys not enough soft for playing fast solos and sometimes while playing fast delays are happening between notes. I dont like this hard material keyboards. Maybe Nektar Impakt is much better at key quality but SE61 is a very amateur controller i dont advice if you are looking for a longtime instrument to play
It work with LMMS DAW?
a MIDI controller is like a computer keyboard. Yes by essence it should work
I always prefer 88 keys.
This is an honest review but I think he's being very very polite about this piece of garbage still. I am going to subscribe , he's honest just needs to use more curse words. It is seriously a huge piece of shit.
Thanks! Yes, I was being quite polite about it. Who knows maybe some stronger words later on. :D
For $100 it's fine.
@@HOLLASOUNDS no, it's really not good for $50.. it's junk.
@@sharttank5999 Nope I disagree its decent for $100.
