Narcissa's a very horrible character in my opinion, but how she did everything to protect her son like a brave mother and how she saved Harry from Voldemort so he couldn't kill him again. Narcissa's just as a complicated character as Snape. though how cruel, Arigant, cold she is, she put herself in mortal danger, even going behind Voldemort's back, I don't know if she's evil or a good person at this point, but the things she did in the past, like causing Sirius's death, do to the fact that she didn't do the murder, she told Voldemort how to lure Harry to the department of mysteries, which was the main reason behind Sirius's death. this was one of the worst things she could've done, because she just recked Harry's life even more, because she wanted to be a servous to Voldemort, not caring what consequences it had on anyone else. but her last minute change proved that she wasn't a completely evil person like her sister Bellatrix
