Setting up with the glute bridge leaves you flat as fuck, its much better the set the feet anchor the glutes and then use the bar to slide the upper back into your arch
Yes...I missed that too. No moving the camera for foot placement. His range of motion is so short its no wonder he throws weight up so easily. Nothing new here
