If it was hub mount capable it could save more weight, be shorter and I could use the bazillion mounts I already have including the DT for all the usual thread patterns. From other videos it’s an awesome sounding can!!
Hub compatibility is great, we love that there's a couple standards making headway. That said, one of the great things about our rifle suppressors is repeatability. Due to how the mounts line up with the suppressors, you'll see zero shift when taking it off for transport. The same couldn't be said if we had gone with a standardized mount.
I fully understand for guaranteed accuracy you want full control of the mounts and can. Rugged and others have said the same thing. But I know a few years ago we took every mount we had collected at the time all the way down to the cheapest dt can po-boy and shot, unscrewed the can and shot again and all of them hit in the same spot over and over. Machining tolerances are so good these days. I for one like the dedicated route and not have the hub which can work loose. But I know from what I’ve seen people want the option to use the mounts they already have. I asked Griffin on a live before if they was going hub years ago and they said no. Well the market had other opinion and they have the hub mount now. Please don’t think I’m knocking the can or mount I think they look great.
"We have them in stock ready to ship" Unless of course you order one in which case they don't. Been waiting over a month for them to ship one to my dealer so I can get it submitted and begin the wait.
It runs everything from 22lr to something something didn't you hear? I think it is fucking dope. I'm going to put one on my johnson so i don't wake the neighbors.
Personally i’d rather just have a dedicated can per caliber. It would still probably end up being cheaper. But I only have two calibers worth suppressing. So to each their own.
They seen that from a friggin barstock??!? That can’t be cheap $2400 Yep I’m a little concerned that they didn’t begin with drawn tube and machined it to their tolerances opportunity for cost savings here machining titanium is a capital B bitch.
@munneysreviews those are aluminum and stainless and do not offer the same level of quality as a TiON. TiON cans are a bit over priced but the level of quality is exceptional
Thanks for coming by our booth to check out the Dragoon 500 🙂
Cool supressor. Also, it may just be me, but I think TFB TV could use some more Luke C. in the mix. I'm just throwing it out there.
No
@Tartful you think he’s Cute huh 👬🫃🏻🌈🌈
@@makevelicustoms 🤣
Brandon Herrera's cousin needs a job! Put him on!!
Be honest, is he paying you?
Cool suppressor! I would love a big bore can for my .50 Beowulf.
Shot 500 S&W through this at a demo day, you only hear the paper getting smacked and the thump on the berm. A red rider bb gun is louder

Hey! It's Luke C and Scott!
If only I could have one in Australia!!
It can double as a night stick or coffee thermos 😆
Are they based out of Pennsylvania? They seem familiar
Yes. They were made and sold at Freedom Armory, now independent
Yes we are 🙂. We started off as Freedom Armory Machine Works in Glen Rock, PA. Now we're based in Red Lion.

pretty cool pretty niche

17-4 baffles?
2:00 nap time.
Our goal with takedown was to make it so easy you could take a nap!
Scott reminds me of Bill Engvall. Maybe the voice?
Very cool QD system
Thanks! We're proud of it

We appreciate your concern but assure you that starting with bar stock is the best way to achieve our extremely high quality standards.
Scott knows best!
Needs a bayonet lug
While it is completely awesome... Its not $2400 awesome. Thats all I paid for my Keres and it'll handle 50BMG
Threaded barrel .500 mag lever action....
.500 Bushwhacker, then you can fire .500 mag, .500 spl still
Oof thats a lot of money
It's not low cost, but when you look at what we're doing to produce it and the platforms that would host it, the price makes more sense.
🤙🏻❤️🔥🇺🇸
21 oz is heavy for a Ti can, and over $2k no thank you!
You're welcome to find a lighter .50cal can on the market 😉
@@tion_suppressors The Bowers Vers is 20oz and under a grand 😕

@@munneysreviews Thanks for pointing that one out!
