what make me curious is when Jesus talk to pilate with latin language , i dont know about language but when pilate said is yudaya = jews in aramaic hebrew and change to yudeus = it is latin language
For me, the portrayal of Satan really worked. It's the bizarre imagery of the infant that stuck in my mind for years, and I remember it scaring the heck out of me when I was younger. I totally get your points here, though! For me, I think the uncanny portrayal of Satan was masterfully done because most of us have grown up with the image of the pointy tail and devil horns. This different interpretation of Satan just sticks with you.
Wow! I love this take. Thank you for letting me in on that insight. I totally agree with you that artistically, the way they went about Satan was the right move and goes against cliches.
I've heard this story a dozen times. Seeing it was another experience entirely.

It’s actually amazing what the cast and crew went through to make sure the film was in Hebrew, Latin & Aramaic!
Great review!
Glad you enjoyed it
