Whenever I go and get a coffee somewhere, I always look at their machines. 🤓

Does the Marzocco ModBar incorporate a giant saturated, temperature-controlled column that the group is attached to at the top? Pretty impressive to maintain temperature over that distance.

Cool stuff going on there. Happy to see you guys are combining with Mahlkönig grinders. Ive already got the grinder last year, but in a week or two ill have my first La Marzocco at home, a GS3 MP. Funny Conservator has the Silvia, as its the same machine im upgrading from after about 15 years of use at home!
Must say id love to have the modbar system in my kitchen, but probably not going to pay off in the long run if i decide to move to another place. Cant imagine someone else that dedicated to coffee buying the place hehe. Im sure its made for Pro market, but still you might find some lunatics like me.
