A bit late, but another wonderful video being put out by you guys about an impressive machine. Such a lovely moment when you finished off the latte art and had a good laugh. Thank you for sharing, as always!
What a great video, I probably never see one of these machine but love how you can still do manually because for me that's the fun in making espresso and I think Stefano did a great job :)
Good stuff, I'm also considering the x1 for home. I'm just worried about the limited preinfusion options when mass profiling. Some tests were done on pr ivate forum relating to EY based on PI profiles. It seems that slowly ramping up pressure is better for extracting more, but the mass profile seems to go against this.
The science shows you have no pressure control until you have a fully wet puck as the pressure is leaking out I got he coffee bed or into the top free space of the coffee and the shower head. So once these are all full you can then vary the pressure. This machine knows this and stops you from wrecking this process. That’s a basic summary. Cheers luke
Love the machine but they need to calibrate the manual lever so the dots relate to the bar pressure because they're confusing and unnecessary otherwise
Thank you for the video, but I confess that I was distracted by your cap. Why were you wearing it indoors while speaking to a respected engineer? I don’t mean any disrespect.
A moment for this location, wow! Luke you are so respectful.

What an honor to spend so much time with Stefano!
Yes, very blessed to get to know him.

He was great, it was tricky to do manual the first time, it’s something you have to get used to. Cheers luke
The ground coffee from that grinder looked absolutely perfect! No clumps whatsoever. 👌
It sure did, zero static and perfect consistency. Very impressive. Cheers luke
Great content as always, thanks so much for making this available. 👍👍
Awesome video Luke! The strada x is a gorgeous machine!
Couldn't agree more! One day I might be able to afford one. 🤙🏻
Thanks for this presentation.
Our pleasure! Cheers luke
Hot damn those grounds come out clean

Interesting vid. Good job
Glad you enjoyed it. Cheers Luke
He showed that you can pull a perfect shot with this machine even while stoned
thank you so much for this!
You're so welcome!
Do you know if it is possible to buy a La Marzocco at the exposition. I live within driving distance.
You can contact LM in Florence, they will be happy to assist you
My Australian friends I met in Italy.
beautiful machine, except for those apparent screws that seem to warp the plastic on top of the grouphead

What a combo 👌🏻😄
Taste test? Did coffee taste any different?
Read somewhere where the strada was not a good pick due to the higher cost of rebuilding when the time comes. Wonder why?
Only thing that I have to say to this machine is not for Home Users or maybe they will release a “Strada 1G” or maybe not.
Definitely not your typical home machine 😅 Maybe they’ll do a 1g 🤔
It probably cost at least 40 grand
There is a Strada x1 version for around 20.000 US dollar 😊
They still produce the Strada EP 1G at half the cost.
They do. I have a bespoke Strada X 1G by Officine Fratelli Bambi.
That must be one of the best smelling places in the world lol
oh dear... he uses a leveler rather than WDT?
Love the machine but they need to calibrate the manual lever so the dots relate to the bar pressure because they're confusing and unnecessary otherwise
Nice if you're chasing the best possible espresso but seems a headache in a commercial environment. Definitely not a work horse.
I'm sure it's affordable for the home.....lol
Beautiful machine and grinder combo
$20k for the 1 group 🥲
$60ish for a 2 group commercial model. TBC cheers Luke

It's really just part of our brand identity :)
Hahaha so dismissive on the flat v conical burr debate. The paddle on the machine is big Slayer vibes 👀
Conical or flat is like trying to convince left handed people need to be right and right handed need to be left handed. 😂
