I would like to buy brand new 579, but I’m scared of paccar and Cummins engines so many expensive issues, I’m now in Columbia with dd60 pre emissions engine and 13 speed manual transmission, 500k miles, no breakdowns only regular maintenance
I fixed whatever you fixed and turbo on top of it. And i have not reach a year yet. I replaced the coolant tank. I also replaced tie rod, drag link, put new steers, new brakes, new rotors. And as i am writing this the truck is in the shop for dpf filter.
12:11 What year is this truck, driver?Looks like an ex Prime truck and it usually comes with alot of remaining warranty left on engine and aftertreatment system. That's what I've heard 🙂
This paccar engine must be sick. I haven’t had serious issues on 2018 MX13, after two years now I have to replace Fule water separator and the fule line. Cost me like $2,300 I guess, Cummins is reliable in terms of parts availability even though they also have issues, I think replacement with mechanics should be widely accepted. I am in the process of sale the paccar to trade for cummins for reliability reasons mainly and for better performance. I think, you better sale your truck to it as well at this point and get cummins for reliability. Am just saying bro
Le he preguntado más de cinco personas sobre ese motor y me han dicho que si tengo dinero para votar o quiero parecido en el libro Guinness como el más que ha votado dinero piesas que me compre ese motor
Good luck TRUCKING IS A SLAP IN THE FACE I DRIVE MYSELF NEVER OWN MY OWN BUT 23 YRS AN THEY NEVER PAY ENOUGH struggle to survive can't trust shops many say NOT WORTH THE EFFORT YOU PUT ONTO IT SO COMPANY DRIVER IS BEST FOR NOW
Don't matter what engine you have, they all have their own set of issues. The shit that he's listenined that went wrong on the truck are things that can happen to any truck not just paccar.
