I used to use a mixer two years ago when I first started but it felt like I was eating baby food haha Now I just mash with masher but I understand completely sometimes I make mash and it’s not right! Thank you for the support as always 💕🥔
I’ve never done rebounding. Looks like fun, does it get your heart rate up into zone two? I struggle to get zone two. I go from zone one walking to zone four running and the in between I can only do cycling. I don’t have a bike in Singapore.
Hey 👋 yes sometimes can get the heart rate up but to be honest the routines I’m doing at the moment are more strength training on the resistance Matt so not so much. I also struggle with my heart rate. Takes a lot to go up unless I run or I’m on the stair master. 💕

Wisest choice to use potatoes as theyre so filling but still i would use some lentils to keep regular at the bathroom and a little bit of protein
