that is great that you are creating better designed parts then the makers. you make them user friendly and designed to improve your experience while cutting . I just have a small Stihl saw.
Just threw a WSC clutch cover on my 661 and it's about as clean as they come. Absolutely loving it with the dogs and bark box. If you'd be open to porting my 661 I'd be honored (and would obviously pay you for your time). I live in Black Diamond so not too far out from you.
Love it. I’ll get one for my 572. Are there any plans for a bark box or exhaust for the Husqvarna saws? I’ve got a 550xp and 572xp that both need a little WCS love.
Awesome stuff. Any chance you are planning to make the 460/461/066 covers but with captive bar nuts? Would be awesome to add the captives to some of the older saws.
Have you given any thought to making a exhaust outlet for the echo CS-590/620 saws? Could be made just like the universal outlet but a direct replacement for the stock echo muffler outlet. In other words, a bolt on replacement. 590 and 620 are very popular saws I’m sure you’d sell a boat load of outlets if you were to make them.
Please, Please, Please start making those cover for Echo saws! The new 7310 clutch cover have the same problems as the first thin factory Stihl 2.0 clutch covers - They will break quickly if you are working in rocky conditions or when its below 0° Celsius. Also there is a safety issue when you run the stock Echo clutch covers compared with full wrap handle. The covers are to small and that could lead to serious injuries. If you buy a Stihl or Husqvarna with a full wrap handle, they will come with a bigger/larger clutch cover. So it will prevent injuries. Echose/Shindaiwa getting more and more popular in Europe. So after all, I dont know how good the chances are that you will start making Echo clutchcovers. But I'm pretty sure that you would rather listen than Echo/Shindaiwa do. The 7310 itself is a great saw for all who loved the old Husqvarna 372XP (non X-Tourq!) and dont want a electronic carburetor. I also would love to see some costume Echo muffler from your company, but there I think there arent enough Echos that it will become profitable for you. Power to weight ratio, airfilter, anti vibration system and the general build quality is even or better than the actual Stihl and Husqvarna saws. I bought one of the first 7310 that arrived in Germany and the saw worked flawlessly the whole time. I also wanted to tell you that I work for the training centre of State Forestry Administration in Hessen, Germany. For professional usage, things like chainsaw protection pants, wedges, helmets and also Chainsaws need to be KWF tested so that we are allowed to use them. To test them, its a part of our work. Factory-wise the chainsaws come with smaller felling dogs like the US ones. Thats why we ordered a small variations of your 3-point felling dogs to get them tested. We did that because the 3-point concept seems to get a better grip than the factory ones. Above all the Husqvarna 550, 560 and 562 factory felling dogs are terrible and dont get a good grip in hard wood like beech that we have mostly here. I think that in a couple of month the test are completed and for now it look like the 3-point felling dogs are "state of the art" for felling hard wood with thin bark like beeches. You're doing a really great job. Please keep it up and maybe think about a official distribution in Europe. For now only the United Kingdom, thats not in the EU anymore (so you have to import them to the EU) and a Shop in Sweden is selling your parts. I hope that more countries in Europe will start selling your parts, so it's not THAT challenging to get your parts. Thanks
I think it’s great that you make these upgrades for Stihl and Huskvarna chain saws! Someone burnt up my Stihl this year, so hopefully I can get another one next year. Always handy to have around when the ice storms prune the trees for us lol
I love mine I wish you made the 592 & 572 cover before I got the 3 point dogs. I run them in allll my saws even my 200t 201 194 And all my big boys. But now I just needs the covers for the 592&572 next you gotta make one for the 562 and 261 and if you don’t already the 500i. And what about bark box’s for the big husky’s
I have a 2101 use it on a Alaskan mill setup. Hard to adjust chain tension from front! I drilled a hole through the frame to access tensioner screw! The cover is independent of the dogs. Looking for side adjusting cover.
It’s a lot bigger in size keeps the chips down from getting in your face , this is stronger than factory, the thing chip deflector for better longevity, and a few other items we have the description on the website if you’re interested
@@westcoastsaw1368 would you possibly be able to make 3 point dogs the same size as the factory large felling spikes, the ones you have are just a wee bit to big just a shy shorter would be nice
How does this cover compare to huskys "west coast kit" that comes wjth the wrap handle and huskys bigger dogs? Because its a good chunk bigger than the factory cover as well.
What do you think about the Huskvarna chainsaws where the oil lubricating the chain stops feeding? My neighbor has one and he went through and cleaned the tube and everything but it still isn’t feeding oil to the chain. What would you say it is blocking it if it isn’t a dirty feeder line?
That depends. With the bar off and engine running, does the saw dribble oil from the saw like it should? Have you cleaned out the bar groove? What HAVE you done so far? If it’s not dribbling out at all, then it sounds like you’ve got an oil pump that’s went out and melted. If the pump has melted then it could have just been from age OR it could have been caused by an overheated Caused by running a dull chain. If it’s because of the 2nd then the PTO crank seal is next causing air leaks; NOT GOOD!

Gordy can you do a tour video of your shop?
Mine shows up this Friday for my 592! Stoked to say the least! Keep up the good work Gordy
Hi gordy ,im from portugal
I buy from you a husky 390 clutch cover and 3 point felling dogs
Is a high quality material,im very happy with it!!
Really looks nice and very strong, love those 372s

Hey Gordy, it was really Great meeting you guy's at TCI !!!!
You and your wife are just Awesome !!!! ❤
Great product's !!!
Well thank you appreciate your support and I will tell the wife what you said 👍
Love it. I’ll get one for my 572.

Unfortunately husqvarna's muffler is one big piece so no one can make a bolt on BarkBox style cover
Awesome stuff. Any chance you are planning to make the 460/461/066 covers but with captive bar nuts? Would be awesome to add the captives to some of the older saws.
Be great to have them for the rancher saws. They're a popular saw for landscaping guys and do a good job for a lot of stuff on the east coast.
You're killing it Gordy!!! really good stuff just in time, because I'm about to try some huskys.

That would be nice for a Dolmar 7900! About my only complaint with that saw, clutch cover clogs easily when noodling.👍
Would love to see a cover to suit my 576 and 394
I think you should tap the holes in the cover where you mount the felling spikes. That way you wont need a nut at all...
I wish there was one for the 540t 😅💙 it looks so good💙

Hey Gordy! Quick question, are you going to do be going a bark box and or clutch cover for a husky 395xp? Thanks mate cheers from Canada

Will you eventually make one for the 562?
Yes! Thank you. I have been eagerly anticipating this. Does it fit the 562XP? It must since it fits the 365 right?
I just ordered one and dogs for my 572!!! Thank you guys for hard work into awesome products
Sweet Lord! That is some serious bling!
Just got my cover for my 372 🎉
Gordy, how come your stuff is not stocked at Madsen's yet? I though for sure it would be when I stopped in the other day.
Gordy...I am pretty sure Stihl bar nuts are 19mm, not 17. (Minute 2:55)
Your raker gauges rock!
They are 19
That’s rad they fit the 3 series!
Your right my bad it was a late night 😁👍
Gordy, where did you find that double headed Pulaski? I think that I need one….😂
Hope to See It in Romania
Nothing for the 395??? I know it has the outboard clutch and different chain adjuster, but it sure would be nice to have one for it!
Love the ones I got Gordy 👍
Sweet I’ll order one for my 592XP that I just ordered.
SWEET !
Love it. very nice
Great video! Awesome looking product! Have a great week!!
Very nice piece of kit. Although I'm wondering, what is the benefit of this cover is, over the oem cover? They all serve the same function?
