Complete newbie loved the video. I used it verbatim and worked great. Thank you. Now do I need to do anything before printing it or will it auto fit to my page?
Couldn't you move the rotation centers on the first four triangles to the center, union all the paths, and copy/rotate the whole bunch at once three times?
You wouldn't be able to union them, because Union forces the paths to become the same color, but you could select all four and move the selection's rotation center to the center, then duplicate and rotate them. You might run into spacing problems on the top and bottom, though. On the other hand, doing that would prevent you from accidentally switching the positions of the paths like I did with the yellow and green ones haha.
@@SweaterCatDesigns Cool. Thanks for the explanation. I have another question that I can't find any info on- is there a way to organize fonts in Inkscape? I have cumbersome number of fonts, and would like to be able to group them.
@@honzo1078 Not that I know of. I've heard of people trying to use a font manager, like FontBase, with Inkscape, but apparently it doesn't work very well. Maybe they did something about it in version 1.2, which should be coming out either this month or next month.
