    This was great! I am traveling and don't have a lot of space or a safe way to practice yoga on the floor.

    That was great thank you. With a sedentary job and hobbies I don't want to do any more sitting. I feel stronger being able to do a routine like this :)

    Pls make more 40 min wrist free slow hatha yoga for intermediates with min instructions for 1) detox 2) strength building 3) balance 4) hip opening
    5) heart opening 6) sacral chakra
    7) all chakras 8) water element

    Content is very good however, lighting is really poor, you see model’s back most of the time, difficult to see things clearly / what is the exact body line of the model. Pl improve theses . Thx
