    I try to exercise every day but am not always in the mood like this morning. Joelle always has a sequence that motivates me to do more exercise after. Loved this one!

    Hello Joelle!!! Do you have a 10-15 minute daily yoga routine that would be good for office/desk workers? Something to counteract tight hips, back, and just general flexibility? Thank you for all the work you put into this channel!

Here's a couple suggestions that will work on improving overall flexibility and stretching areas like the hips/neck/back/other areas that get tight when we sit a lot: ua-cam.com/video/oisfnAUzvrc/v-deo.html (10 min full body flexibility); ua-cam.com/video/Bl6hRxUvDec/v-deo.html (10 min hips and lower back); ua-cam.com/video/YAo6v-674uI/v-deo.html (10 min backbend practicing to combat sitting posture); ua-cam.com/video/8QArvfAO-GM/v-deo.html (10 min for posture) - hopefully that gives you some good inspiration!!

    After doing the standing practice yesterday I decided to try this one today and I enjoyed it a lot. I need to work on my balance so I can stand on one leg without wobbling! 😀 Thanks again for all that you do for us!
