    Thanks so much, this is actually awesome. Myself and husband are struggling to find head way on a fondant cake order he got. He's very good at buttercream cake but our fondant always tear so we don't even take orders for fondant but just today he decided to do the order by telling me he'll cut the fondant for the top and side, then I searched and saw your video and told him the method he mentioned will work, so I encouraged him more, I believe we'll make a head way now by God's grace. Thanks once again

    Hey brethren,I may not know what situations you're faced with right now,but one thing I can say to you not just as a means of comfort,but as an assurance of the Fathers(the Most High God)love for His creation,Jesus love for you has been so strong enough that it led Him to the cross laying down His life for you andI,so rest assured of your security in no one or nowhere else but in the presence and way of the Most High God 🙏🏾,so turn it all over to the one true God of Israel and you can experience the rest of your days as bright as the noonday...SHALOM

    • @sgraham2547

      It’s fairly easy to fix a tear, you can add little bits of fondant afterwards and then smooth over to blend in with main fondant. You wouldn’t even know there was an incident

    For the wrap around method, you should cut both side edges at the same time while overlapped. Just one cut. Open the top layer and remove the extra fondant cut from underneath. You will see they line up perfectly when you fold it back in place.

    • @cakemeaway3485

    • @CakesandStuffbyNikisha
      @CakesandStuffbyNikisha 3 роки тому

      The last time I used chocolate, it melted under the fondant and my cake dropped. It was a disaster so I have a fear of using it with fondant cakes. Where I live it can be very hot so I try different methods in hopes that something would work .

    • @tinyikomarolen1633
      @tinyikomarolen1633 3 роки тому +1

      I’m in South Africa, I use 4:1 white chocolate and 3:1 for dark chocolate. It works perfect for extremely hot days. It’s important for your ganache to set first before covering, for 4-8 hours or best overnight

    • @sumitha811
      @sumitha811 3 роки тому

      Even in hot climate chocolate always works. The reason why your chocolate melted was probably because you used too much cream. Always do 1:2. Example if you use 500g of chocolate then go with 250g of cream

    I still use the overhead method because its faster. To overcome tearing, I don't roll out the fondant to much so that when gravity happens, there would still be enough fondant thickness to stop it from tearing open.😊
