Pre-Cook potatoes before!
I par boil and then put them in the refrigirator for 1 hour. This wil firm up the starch in the potatosticks. Then put them in the airfryer.

The same procedure applies also to sweet potatoes. In addition, if you don't have an air fryer, you can still place the sticks on oiled baking trays and pop them in the oven, on high temperature, set to fan and the result comes out the same. Very nice and impressive
I cut similar sized potatoes into wedges (do 6 or 8 depending on size).
Roll in a blend of olive oil and chilli oil.
200 C for 20 - 25 mins, shaking the basket every 5 mins.
Perfect every time and no cookinig needed
