I really don't know why Richie Kotzen videos have so many dislikes. Last week I was at a Winery Dogs concert in Budapest and he was amazing. The guy is a master guitar player and singer as well.
I completely agree, I t seems that RK always has really good bass players supporting him. I think he really understands the importance of having an awesome low end. I have viewed very few of his live videos where the bass player is not just over the top as well.

That might be. But the average music listener doesn't care about the personality behind the songs. Only the songs. Otherwise they'd be a lot of sympathetic people reigning on top of the charts.

There are a number of points in this song where some of the phrasing in his singing really reminder me of Prince.
