You're so brave to tackle that job in two days !! I need that amount of time just to prepare myself mentally lol. We all have pieces of clothing that still have the tag on, pieces we wore just once or twice, pieces in bad shape that we love to wear but we should throw away, too much of everything really and a long etc. So no need to feel bad. I have a hormonal problem which makes me put on weight or lose it relatively fast and I have clothes from size 36 to size 52. 8 different women could get dressed with my wardrobe. I stopped blaming myself a while ago for the amount of clothes I have. It's just a problem to find the space for. You've done a great job going through all that!! And yes it is quite a sport and exhausting 😉
You have done amazingly well and achieved so much. What I did when I had a big clutter and had those odds and ends to deal with that can be so very daunting is split it all into small chunks (e.g. shoes, makeup, undies, socks, etc) and made a list, just cleared one thing at a time and crossed it off. It felt so much more manageable in small chunks and didn't take all that long. I felt I could tackle one thing whereas doing it all at once felt like too much. xx

I'm still making buying mistakes sometimes after many years of intentionally trying to find my style, buy very intentionally, make sure I will love it and it fits great, its just tough for women, we are all in the same boat. Decluttering is weirdly emotional!

Having finished the declutter, I think turning up to a charity shop with 17 bin bags of clothes wouldn't have got me anywhere! At least they can be distributed between shops all over now! Haha omg I have no idea what do to with the hangers!! There's so many now!

Hi Jess I wasn’t going to comment on this but I can’t ignore it ( it is ingrained in my psyche because of my job😂) please please make sure you have interlinked smoke alarms in your living room and bedroom or upstairs landing area and hopefully you’ve got a heat detector in your kitchen especially as you have taken down the kitchen door in case of fire 😱😱 xxxx

Very motivational Jess, I need to do the same 🙄. I loved you hair shorter, looked much thicker. I stoped getting my hair layered as I already had fine hair and when it was layered it just looked straggly, I just let it grow to shoulder length but then, I’m 70 😂😂😂
