7:50 I saw this one somewhere else, the tenant was actually leaving everything turned on and taps running on full while at work to spite the landlord, which is why the bill was soooo high. The water board ended up investigating the property suspecting a major leak in the area and discovered it was a deliberate act and produced enough evidence for the landlord to take it to court and win.
3:57 It varries by state, but you actually can't usually just shoot people on your property. you can't set up traps, and if the area has been established as a short cut or area that lots of people go onto, you might actually get in trouble (sued) if they get hurt. This drasticaly depends on the state. I'm guessing in stand your ground states, you can shoot and then just say you felt threatened. IDK, I've only ever been to one red state (conservative state), and it was not an extreme red state. Also, even if a state is blue (liberal), you might find that it's really only liberal in the more populated areas. if you go to the rural areas, you might be more surrounded by conservatives. You can usually easily spot a red state vs blue state by looking at their electroial choices for presidential elections. Ultimatly, in the US, state laws can vary drastically and usually depends on whether the state tends to lean toward liberal or conservative. So, if a state voted for Biden, expect stricter gun control laws, better access to abortion, etc. In a state that voted for Trump, you'll have easier access to guns and abortion may be illegal. When something is federally protected by the federal government, states can't really override that. So like, a state can't make it illegal for you to have freedom of speech because it's a constitutional right.
about the shotgun guy vs. snowboarder: my parents got married in Canada (Mama is French Canadian, Papa is Autrian) - they spent their honeymoon in northern New York state at a friends house - very remotely located, beautiful on the shores of a lake. My father went for a walk in the woods and was confronted by a shotgun and a very serious man: you're tresspassing. My dad talked his way out of it (I think his accent with slightly German intonation might have helped). This was in 1969. In Canada that won't happen, let alone in Europe.
The snowboarder: IF that was in the US, yes. In most states you can threaten someone with a gun for being on private property. Provided you have posted signs warning people that tresspassers will be shot at regular intervals. This is not a free licence to kill, nor even shoot the gun at/near them. If you do that, it will go to court and you'll have to defend why you did. BUT it is NOT illegal to use a weapon to compel people to leave private property.
George, at 5:00 or whatever the timestamp is, an Ikon pass is a ski pass for some mountains in Utah, Wyoming, and I’m sure some other places, you can read more about the situation and the governors response by searching “snowboarder gets shotgun pulled on him in Utah” or something to that degree
And a link to KSL news reporting on that event, ua-cam.com/video/oUV17H0U_y8/v-deo.htmlsi=J7CydNh2Inmp9wTC idk if youtube will allow or remove this comment but that’s a video about that entire situation
9:45 saw this somewhere else: Karen was mad, because the crane was occupying a parking lot on the street. Fun part: After she destroyed it, it stood there much longer until it got repaired
the "construction crane" video makes me so mad. from what i can tell, it actually looks like a boom lift, a sort of cherry picker. some poor person could come in on monday, elevate the platform, and potentially fall from a height resulting in death (possibly). meaning that lady could be up for manslaughter charges if that hap;pened. granted if she cut a hydraulic line, the lift probably wouldnt elevate, but still, them shits are not cheap, crime is crime
3:24 I'm not a lawyer, but I believe the law is along to lines of if the person with the gun has asked the trespasser to leave and they haven't, and have reason to believe the trespasser is a danger to the property and/or its occupants, they have the right to threaten force. They have the right to USE force, (I think including deadly) if self defence of defence of property is necessary beyond reasonable doubt. So this guy should not have had a gun out.
3:40 Yes you can point a gun at them. The law states you have a right to defend your castle. Your "Castle" being your home & property. Since the snowboarder posed no threat then it would have been illegal to shoot him however. The old man put his gun down when he realized this but think about it, he was out (either hunting or shooting) on his own land by himself when all of the sudden a talking man was approaching him rapidly

The water board ended up investigating the property suspecting a major leak in the area and discovered it was a deliberate act and produced enough evidence for the landlord to take it to court and win.
Icon is a company that owns many mountains throughout the world, you can buy their pass to get ski lifts at all their resorts.
The NRA hat on the guy attacking the school bus 😂
The 'lady' in the hairdressers behaved exactly like my 4 year old having a tantrum
I almost got hit by a truck today lol
I lost my HGV license today lol
@@Glegh lol
Congrats!
Yeye cmon 👊
Ikon is a ski pass used for multiple ski resorts in Utah. This boomer owns property right next to a resort.
Looking extra dapper today George
If I had several billion I would just go around lowering property values by buing then selling at a loss
6:34 what happened to your arm George?
Why does the shouty woman trying to buy something sound like Kyle's mum from South Park? 14:23
12:14 he doesn't look like a nighmare, he looks like he just woke up from one.
If you don’t have a fence in an area like that you are just begging for someone to unknowingly trespass.
9:45 saw this somewhere else: Karen was mad, because the crane was occupying a parking lot on the street. Fun part: After she destroyed it, it stood there much longer until it got repaired
You got a bad cut my friend 6:34
George saying "she didn't hit her just threatened her" yeah threatened to hit her George, come on dont defend weirdos
In Canada, it’s “make like a tree and fuck off” if you know, you know.
"Being rude is mean, and you shouldn't do it"
yea man
the "construction crane" video makes me so mad. from what i can tell, it actually looks like a boom lift, a sort of cherry picker. some poor person could come in on monday, elevate the platform, and potentially fall from a height resulting in death (possibly). meaning that lady could be up for manslaughter charges if that hap;pened.
granted if she cut a hydraulic line, the lift probably wouldnt elevate, but still, them shits are not cheap, crime is crime
I can't believe I got here a minute after upload
They can point a gun at someone without them knowing they are on private property
Ignorance is no excuse in law. But you are no prosecutor, judge and executioner in one person.
Gorg you silly pookie ur a boom box
thing is george could be a boomer and be in this video but we’ll never know
Info abt Ikon. It’s a pass at some Ski Resorts to be able to ski or snowboard :3
5:37 put urself in her position George, but like over 20 times
11:00 these people can vote
14:23 pov the old lady from the mr bean cartoons
3:24 I'm not a lawyer, but I believe the law is along to lines of if the person with the gun has asked the trespasser to leave and they haven't, and have reason to believe the trespasser is a danger to the property and/or its occupants, they have the right to threaten force. They have the right to USE force, (I think including deadly) if self defence of defence of property is necessary beyond reasonable doubt. So this guy should not have had a gun out.

It's the airline's fault that not every seat is a window seat.
6:34 what happened to ur arm
9:46 i’m sure that’s a boom lift
We not gunna talk about the airbags going off in the truck up the pole one
3:40 Yes you can point a gun at them. The law states you have a right to defend your castle. Your "Castle" being your home & property.
Since the snowboarder posed no threat then it would have been illegal to shoot him however. The old man put his gun down when he realized this but think about it, he was out (either hunting or shooting) on his own land by himself when all of the sudden a talking man was approaching him rapidly
