Daisy, in Goodneighbor, has a quest that goes there, I don't know what triggers the quest, if there is a trigger. She even gives it out if you've already been to that library, that's what happened to me.

It sucks they never released an Institute-focused DLC/workshop that could have included the player crafting Synth lions and other animals in their settlements, like a zoo. Only the gorilla, though.
I would love to see an African fallout. Soviet Bloc and old NATO weapons would be the center piece of the weapon sandbox. Maybe even some makeshift laser rifles. But no plasma rifles unless they want to add some enclave remnants who sought refuge there using their vertibirds or just regular supply ships.
