I live in Summerside, and it’s amazing. You can sometimes see the Northern lights if a window in your house is facing north.

Summer side is pretty cool. My son had friends living there with n High school. Summer fun at the beach. He really enjoyed it as a guest.

Commute can be longer in Summerside- depends where you work.
Personally, I avoid South Common as much as I can.
The Mikado - Japanese restaurant the only thing to entice me.
Used to do movies- yet now- stick to Windermere & WEM.
Summer at the Lake - potential fab lifestyle. A unique neighborhood.
If you cannot live there yourself, lovely to visit friends there. 🌞

Quite frankly I found it ridiculous when they took beautiful flat farmland, dug a huge hole and filled it with city water for a few rich people. I guess we would eventually loose the farmland to spreading Edmonton. I have no idea what the solution would be. I have a neighbor that had the most beautiful black growing dirt, hauled in huge and I mean huge rocks that are bigger than his two bedroom house and now grows tomatoes in pots. I keep shaking my head.
What's wrong with building nice things?
