I had one of those in the 80s...sorta! Mine was the base model, with a bench seat, and 289, C-4 tranny (IIRC!). The clock even worked, and kept perfect time! Fun car!
You can not tell the cubic inches on the '60;s Ford FE block engines by looking at the engine blocks. They all have 352 cast on them. You have to take the spark plug out of the #1 cylinder, get an 8" length of electrical wire and turn the engine by hand until the piston is at the top of its stroke. Put the wire into the spark plug hole and turn the engine until that cylinder is at the bottom of its stroke and make a mark on the wiring insulation with a marker at the spark plug hole. . Measure from the mark to the end of the wire. Look up the stroke on a chart and that will get you closer to knowing whether it is a 352, 390, 406, 427 or 428. The 352 has a 3.500" stroke. The 390. 406, 427 all have a 3.784" stroke, etc. Sometimes the cubic inch decal (if present) on the air cleaner will be accurate as to cu. in. and sometimes it may not.
if it was a 390 it would have thunder bird raised letters in the valve covers for the 64 and gold paint top of engine and black on the block for 1964 my parents had one allways loved the 64
Way too many flaws on this car it doesn't look right the grill is wrong needs bigger tires dual exhaust I mean this car looks cheap I will buy it too much to be done especially since the air conditioning is not hooked up either come on who's going to buy a car in the hot weather without the air conditioner car's not worth it really bad looking car too a lot of flaws
You were appropriately named DICK. The grille is correct, thr emblem is up one row from stock, 2 minute fix. Tires can always be replaced. Who knows what CI it is, you can't tell without just a little detective work. The A/C parts are there, some people don't want it on their hotrod. Beyond that, piddly stuff. Nice car here. Get back in your Prius.
Same car I drove in hi school . Mine was red with black top Xl with factory hi-po 390

Oops! I mistyped the measurement. Make a mark at the top of the stroke and then at the bottom and then measure the distance between the two. My bad.
Magnificent!
Beautiful!
Beautiful car

Nice car 🏁
You got the thumbs up and shared!
Still has the 352 valve covers on it that say Ford not Thunderbird. Hard to tell on those FE engines.
Don't forget the dash pad.
Agreed with you on that.

Ground or the horn itself.
For that price it should be throwing ice cubes with R12 in the original system.

Needs taller wider tires on the back and the grille emblem moved down to where it goes. Looks great.
Robin egg blue
Take trade in on other muscle cars

Too much complaining over such little issues.
