As part of her testimony, the actress alleges an image displaying an injury her ex-husband claimed to have suffered on their honeymoon is 'Photoshopped.' The 36-year-old actress also testifies about gifting the actor a knife as a birthday present.

However.. while my ex didn't do the extreme horrific things she is claiming, he did become verry violent and did choke me to a point of me just accepting that he will one day kill me.. i still gifted him throwing knives because i didn't realise i was terrified of - not him but when the next fight would break out and escalate if that makes sense? Also he never punched me or did anything with an object besides get handcuffs after he choked me unconcious but i came back to conciousness early enough to try and get away in a panic and so on.. so i wasn't scared of him stabbing me. I figured he would rather bang my head on the floor hard enough or choke me long enough.
So that argument kind of .. idk
I was more scared that i would have to use a knife to defend myself one day
However she is claiming he used objects to assault her
I feel like abusers usually tend to have their predictable way of abuse if that makes sense.
Just worries me because i am thinking about filing a report for my ex (it's quite fresh) .. and there are just some things where i think "huh.. no one would believe me because of people like her"

What Amber is doing is not representative of your story or other women going through domestic violence. I am not a social worker or a psychologist so I can’t give any advice but personally I think you should ask for help from someone that you trust, anyone in your family, or a friend, or a support group to ensure that you are safe and that you do the best thing for yourself- whatever that ends up being. But you matter and your life matters and your health - so I kindly suggest that you consider making a step by step plan on how to physically, psychologically, financially strengthen your position to leave one day. I don’t know your situation so some women may need to leave immediately while others may need to carefully plan things. But one thing is certain- you need a proper plan and support and to LEAVE in the safest way possible. 🤗🤗🤗

It sadly took him to fall back to old habits and leaving me for "immediatly losing my mind " after being ignored for hours after being told that he has a new crush and that she is so much more interesting
However that situation made me see clearly for the first time in three years what he has been doing this whole time
So i finally managed to free myself from wanting my abuser or the feeling that i am nothing without him
I am looking for counseling however since the damage doesn't just leave with him sadly
I do feel better though and i finally feel free again. So to anyone reading this: get help, don't just ignore what your abuser is doing and trust your gut feeling. If you have to defend every action you do while they just step on you where ever they go, your relationship is not going the way it should. You are stronger than you think you are

This is not the action of a frightened abused woman in fear of being killed. It is not a gift any sane person would give to someone with addiction issues and prone to violent drunken rage. Its an entirely questionable gift under most circumstances - The additional words chosen add provocation and bait as do all the tapes of her taunting him and telling him not to walk away.
Also the magical "disappearing" phone that nobody else saw that Depp cut his finger on apparently... like... I think she may ACTUALLY believe that Depp is a magician and made the phone LITERALLY disappear at this point. THAT would make more sense than nobody seeing the phone, there being two phones in the bar, no shattered pieces of the phone, and of course... no pictures.

This is a defamation case so her lying doens't necessarily lead to any criminal outcomes toward her. BUT, her lying can and will be used against her mostly during cross examination, and throughout the remainder of the trial where inconsistencies will start to arise. The goal here is to indeed paint her as an (inconsistent) liar to the jury. It's going well so far. The plaintiff's (JD) counsel will exploit this strategically, as they have been doing.
If you can prove she's unreliable, constantly changing her story, and lying - then it calls into question everything she's said during any of these trials. One of the pillars Depp's team needs to prove is that the op-ed was either a lie, or so dangerously negligent that it still does equivalent damage to his reputation. They are dragging the lies and misrepresentations out of her to show that her character is one that lies and manipulates. So why would she not lie about abuse and assault? Why would she not lie to ruin Depp's reputation? Her team is laying the foundation for proving her op-ed was intended to harm Depp and based on a lie.
What's more crazy is she is convinced that it is fooling the jury.

Judge had several conflicts of interest in that case and shouldn't have been on it. He had personal and professional relationships with Amber's people and an obvious bias.
I know. Our dumb society is partly to blame in this for dismissing firstly emotional abuse, and also of physical abuse to males by females.
I wondered the same about how he could lose the case...Just as I wondered at how the media could so misrepresent what is pretty clear to everyone from these audios: that Amber was definitely emotionally and physically abusive, whilst there is little if any evidence at all of Depp being emotionally abusive and none for physical.

Also "the sun " is owned by Rupert Murdoch, and I believe it has been reported that the judge's son was working at a subsidiary of either the sun or Rupert Murdoch company. And then a few years later she started talking about how abusive he was to her and Johnny got kicked off MANY movies and lost 100 million dollars from being kicked off and he then sued her for defamation and now this whole case is going on with her trying to prove she never abused Johnny and he needs to pay her more money and Johnny is trying to get his image back and get his money. That trial was judge only, no jury. The judge did not consult any expert witnesses. The case was against The Sun not Amber. The judge concluded that he himself believed it was “true enough” to justify The Sun’s headline that he’s a “wife-beater”. The judge had financial ties to the paper.
In Australia, we phone 000 for ALL emergencies. Amber testified about her or someone calling 911 on her behalf. There is NO such number here, nor is it a transfer call.
She didn't mention her dog issue in Australia, that Johnny was fined for bringing in her pooch, without mandatory quarantine and him losing credibility here.

A lot of Americans here have tried to, and got nowhere, mind you the last one I saw that happen to personally was in 1992 where an American office receptionist tried to call 911 for a fire emergency after smelling electrical kind of smoke in our building. Tiffany ran back in to the lawyers saying , "it doesn't work".
Even so if Amber did ring 911 she would know that she was transferred. She didn't mention that in her testimony, which makes me think she never rung at all....

yes, this could be true. I think Amber was all over the place in her testimony, at one point talking about what happened in Australia, and then was talking about other occasions she was apparently injured. Perhaps I need to re-listen to it a third time. It was confusing with dates and times. I think if they had of separated properly in Australia, and not got back together, a lot of the following incidents wouldn't have happened. I know that I would have called The Police 000 in Australia, and buggered off then, even only a month after marriage. Cross the line to any domestic violence, I would have hi-tailed it out of there. More than likely I would have buggered off way before the domestic abuse. My thought though is that she couldn't leave easily, if she was so obsessive (all or nothing) and if her friends were already using the penthouse apartments, then. The question is why didn't she phone the Police, or ambulance in Australia, if her feet were so badly cut, or ask someone to do this on her behalf. They would have made a house call every time a call is placed. The ambulance would have taken her to the hospital, and the police met her there too for a report. Did she go back home on a separate plane with Ben after attacking Johnny? Then make up with him by begging, and saying it was "the one and only love bullshit" and return to Australia together, for a photo opportunity too on the boat? Her version of love is really warped.
Also, I want Amber to use her makeup on a dummy someone who has been punched in both eyes, and has swelling, and a cut lip. Perhaps a female boxer injuries. A professional makeup artist may be able to cover it up, and take photos, or photoshop as it appears Amber did as the same photo is used in two shots.
NB: A makeup artist had to cover a real bad allergy on my eyes, that made my eyes go out, I had no eyelids, and I looked like I had a red ski mask on, corrected for me on my wedding day, as I had a severe allergic reaction to a facial the day before, but the swollen cheek could not be fixed at all. One would have to fill it with wax. Filling in a lip with a bright red, and going very dark on the eyelid, perhaps, but nobody can cover swelling under the eye, with or without concealer....I could not recognize myself in my own wedding photos...it was heartbreaking.
So if she loves a performance so much, set her up, I want to see how she applies a real cover up. Convince us that way.
Her handwriting shows that she loves to be centre of attention. I see some key S strokes in red, compared to her s strokes in her flourishing hand writing. Calling this relationship "love" is far from the truth.

Getting hard to keep up with Amber's stories:
1) Johnny wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. Amber drank 2 bottles of wine a day, and took plenty of drugs as well by her own admission. She literally wrote "take drugs" on her itinerary for hen night.
2) Amber caught lying about using a specific line of Milani makeup that didn't exist back then to cover her bruises frequently, which was refuted by the company itself. She then backtracks and claimed it wasn't the exact brand she used.
3) Amber caught lying again about never playing a guitar, when there is video footage of her doing so. She then backtracks and says she was just posing with it.
4) Amber is currently being investigated for perjury in Australia (for trying to make her assistant take the blame for smuggling dogs).
5) Their marriage counsellor testified that Amber was abusive in the relationship.
6) Amber has past DV arrest against her ex, admitted to DV against Johnny, suspicion of DV against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast, Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, and his ex-spouses all speak highly of him.
7) Audio recording of Amber admitting to cutting Johnny's finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie.
8) Amber's "expert" witness Dawn Hughes:
A) Read extensively off her notes but had perfect recollection about all the "abuse" incidents
B) Lied about Amber having no DV history and was caught out by Johnny's lawyer.
C) Only used male pronouns for abusers and female pronouns for victims.
D) Appeared very personally invested in the case while strongly pushing the agenda that Johnny was the abuser (As opposed to Dr Curry, who just gave her diagnosis of Amber).
E) Lists on her website that she testifies in court for a fee.
F) Rolled her eyes when she was objected, and displayed unprofessional body language.
G) Passed off her claims as fact although her entire testimony was based on what Amber told her, and not her actually being there (she also never met Johnny before).
9) Amber has NO witnesses (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard).
10) DV lawyers analyzing the case said Amber's broken nose is fake and doesn't look like any of the countless injuries they've seen, and it's impossible to cover the swelling and bruising with makeup. Her "busted lip" also looks like she bit it, instead of being split open like it should be.
11) Multiple body language experts, including one that formerly worked with the FBI and CIA, say that Amber shows multiple signs of deception.
12) Amber allegedly got hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, and woke up the next day and made him coffee. The other people in the audio recording the next morning did not mention, or appear concerned, about her alleged horrific injuries. Amber also allegedly got her nose broken and hit multiple times (hard enough to damage a bed), then went to James Corden's show the next day miraculously healed. Hair stylist and makeup people saw no signs of abuse. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical reports in both cases.
13) Amber claimed that she was beaten unconscious, but also claims that she iced her injuries overnight.
14) Amber also claimed that she was choked unconscious and woke up the next morning. When you get choked unconscious, you wake up after the pressure is released and blood flow is restored to your brain.
15) Amber claimed that she refused to speak to the cops because she wanted to protect Johnny, but later went on to release the op-ed.
16) Amber's evidence includes photos of bananas on the floor, wine spills, unbroken picture frames on the floor, and neatly stacked paintings on the bed that Johnny allegedly hurled. TLDR: Her house is messy.
17) Amber showed photos of her alleged glass scars, but they are in a neat row and resemble self-harm scars instead.
18) Amber claimed that she did not know if it was a bottle or a hand inside her. A bottle is hard and cold, and feels very different from a hand, unless she has the grand canyon between her legs and couldn't feel anything. However, she said multiple times that she felt pressure against her pelvic bone.
19) Amber claimed that she "did not need to see the doctor at that time", despite allegedly being hit by Johnny multiple times wearing chunky rings.
20) Amber had no marks on her back in multiple photos in a backless dress after Johnny allegedly held her down by kneeling on her back.
21) Amber has many photos of Johnny sleeping, but no photos of him with cocaine.
22) Amber claimed she bled from her vagina after the bottle rape, but has no medical proof.
23) Amber has photos posing with her mouth wide open, despite saying her split lip bleeds whenever she moves it.
24) Amber's physical examination report with Dr Kipper did not document any physical injuries whatsoever.

25) Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse.
26) Amber claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay. She even violated her own restraining order to meet him.
27) Amber claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing Johnny from leaving and taunting him. Her exact words: "You run away every single fight." She also said "sometimes I get so mad I lose it", and promised to change. Sure sounds like what an abuser does. She also acted afraid of Johnny in court and backed away from him, contrary to her prior behaviour.
28) Amber allegedly feared for her life, but bought Johnny a large knife.
29) Amber allegedly hated Johnny's drinking problem and wanted to help him quit, but drank in front of him all the time. She also poured him a glass of wine daily.
30) Amber was completely different in her 2016 deposition, where she was cold, arrogant, smirking and eating snacks. As time goes by people tend to get less emotional not more, but she was the opposite and cried over everything in her Virginia testimony.
31) Amber has been adding to her story. Some details she added that were was never in her original UK testimony (7 written statements and 1 live testimony):
A) Johnny buying Amber a horse during courtship
B) Johnny lifting Amber's skirt with his boot, and pushing her down on the bed and saying "Yum"
C) Johnny buying gifts and trying to fit in with Amber's family
D) Johnny slapping Amber over her non-English speaking friend and getting her blood on the wall
32) Amber publicly lied that she had already donated her divorce money to a children's hospital (and the ACLU, but nobody cares about them because they're co-conspirators with her). On the other hand, Johnny donated $100k.
33) Amber pooped on the bed of a person that allegedly made her "fear for her life", blamed the pet, but later admitted it was a practical joke. There is a picture of the turd and it is huge, and looks unlikely to have come from a small dog.
34) There are further inconsistencies in Ambers Virginia and UK testimonies:
A) Amber said that she lost balance after the second slap (Virginia hearing)/ after the third slap (15 Dec 2019 testimony)
B) Amber said that when Johnny hit her the third time it did not even hurt (Virginia hearing)/ it felt like her eye popped out (15 Dec 2019 testimony)
35) Amber claimed she did not want money, but demanded 14 million tax free or threatened Johnny with abuse claims. Her friends also lived at Johnny's penthouses rent free.
36) Amber claimed she had already donated the full sum to the children's hospital and ACLU, then claimed she had pledged it but could not afford to donate because Johnny had sued her, despite having had the 7 million for 13 months before being sued.
37) In the UK trial that Johnny lost, the judge had a family member working in the Sun, there was no jury, Amber was taken at her word and not cross-examined, and key witnesses and evidence that would have helped Johnny was not allowed t0 be presented (eg. cops).
38) Amber includes a lot of redundant but intricate details, which is a technique liars employ to make their accounts seem more believable. Eg. the "beautiful parquet flooring".
39) Amber claimed Johnny abused her because he called her "Officer Square Head".
40) Amber claimed Johnny was jealous and controlling of her roles and attire, but was photographed in revealing outfits including see-through tops without underwear underneath.
41) Amber accused Johnny of cheating, but was caught on camera bringing James Franco and Elon Musk home at night while Johnny was away (also verified by the doorman). Her psychologist witness Dawn Hughes labelled them as intimate relations.
42) Amber violated the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) after the marriage, discussed privately with the ACLU (who she also lied and promised to donate to, but did not, which is karma) about how to phrase the op-ed to skirt around the NDA, while very clearly indicating the article was referring to Johnny, then lying about it afterwards. All that eventually led to this trial.
43) There was no damaged "large and antique" wall-mounted phone at the bar area despite multiple pictures of the bar. Ben king who took the pics did not mention a smashed phone in his testimony.
44) Amber took pictures of mirrors in Australia but did not capture her reflection after being allegedly assaulted.
45) Amber claimed she was never the aggressor, before audio played with her saying "I did start a physical fight." She claimed she was trying to stop Johnny while he was getting through the door that she was barricading, but on audio she was the one trying to get through the door. She then went on to deny and lie about it right after audio was played.
46) Rocky Pennington didn't corroborate with Amber's wristbreaking threats in her testimony
47) Fits Dr Curry's assessment of her multiple mental disorders:
A) Overly dramatic and embellishment - The way he allegedly beat her up was like a scene from the Avengers.
B) Flowery language - "He was the love of my life," "It felt like a warm glow".
C) Lacks actual substance - "He beat me and I thought oh the carpet is dirty. There was mashed potato on the wall and my dog stepped on a bee, but oops I don't remember if I threw the bottle at him."
D) Mimicking - Copied Johnny's outfits every day during trial, as well as Dr Curry's hairstyle.
E) Needy and needs approval - Audio of her refusing to let Johnny leave.
F) Sense of shallowness - Facial expression changes in 0.5s whenever Camille objection stunlocked her.

it bothers me so much that she says she doesn’t remember the sequence of an alleged traumatic event, when you experience trauma your brain has a response where it either completely blocks out the event or documents every detail. i believe psychologists in this case have stated that her responses are not how victims would respond and it’s some of the worst acting i’ve ever seen. her lies will catch up to her.

For any young men that may have watched all or parts of this hearing, specifically AH's testimony and seeing how she was initially the perfect woman only to morph into a hateful, vindictive, manipulator of a wife, I hope you realize that AH and her behavior is not indicative of how all or even most women are because if I was still young, watching AH would be enough for me swear-off every getting married. *HOWEVER,* if, after meeting a woman you are dating, your family and friends begin to drop hints or straight-out tell you things like, "be careful// be careful with that one" or they directly tell you she's not who you think she is OR that they don't like her and give at least ONE valid reason, *listen to them-- listen to your family and friends.* They really have your best interests at heart. I find that majority women in my age group are mostly attracted to money first, no one wants to enter a relationship these days with the sole purpose of finding deep personal connection but instead a financial comfort ride. I learned real quick never let your friends talk you into online dating sites, finding genuine humans that aren’t always trying to work an angle is getting much harder. Also never say you work 2 jobs, it’s not a flex like I thought it would be.

Amber- that is just because the light was off in one photo and on in the next.
Court - sees a photo showing Jonny bruised and swollen
